4th Fastpass at Epcot

What are the chances of getting a Test Track or Soarin' fastpass after 1:30 on a low-crowd day in September? Specifically Sept 10th, which is not an EMH day, though I'm wondering the same thing for other days of our trip. I don't care too much about when the return time is, just don't want to wait in a long line.

Sounded pretty successful in May-so I would say a very good chance. But still early and lots of folks learning the ropes.

Maybe just schedule a 9 to 10, 10 to 11 and 11 to 12-then you can attempt sooner? Like at 11:15.

We're planning on hopping there after a morning elsewhere, so we wouldn't be at the FP Kiosk until 1:30. I'd love to be able to use FP during the morning if there's a chance we could still get a TT FP at 1:30.

I think Sept 10 is EMH evening at EPCOT-might reduce your chances, but that slow of a month should be OK. I would keep checking the boards going forward for feedback-esp in early Sep.
