Southwest is always best to book flights oneway, make it alot easier when changing reservations when you see a lower price.
Because if you don't and one of the legs is more expensive then you are previously booked at and then you go to change the whole flight you will be stuck having to book the one leg at the higher price.

I was getting ready to leave for an appt. so I asked my DSis to call and see how to get the refund. By the time I left she had taken care of it by using the Travel Tools previously mentioned. She called the 800 # and it told her what to do.

can I get a refund for the difference??--thanks, I have been on hold w/SW for 10 minutes now
