I will be charging $13 per point.

285 points are Beach Club

169 points are Bay Lake Tower

Just PM if your interested, and please list the dates and resort choice.

10% down
40% payment after receiving confirmed reservation
50% (remainder) payment no later then 60 days from reservation.

I use a contract for both parties protection.

I will try to get everyone if possible, but if one person take all the points then they get first crack.

Also, I do give preference to those that rented before from me.

Couple would like December 15 dates. I just need to let you know that the 11th month window opens on the January date of your check out not check in. So if you want December 5 - 12th.. I can't book until January 12th.
