45 minutes for RotR?

So looking at the sample Starcruiser itinerary, they've left 45 minutes to ride RotR. Do we know how many people can get through RotR in that time, and does that tell us anything about the capacity of the cruiser?

Its supposed to have 100 rooms. Guessing that most rooms will have 2-4 people, with some having more, I would expect about 400 people.

And it’s also possible that Starcruiser guests will experience an extra-special Rise that takes a little longer than normal….

Can’t wait how they figure out how to compensate them when ROTR goes down during those set times. Bound to happen
