Looks like you've been there over christmas a few times - encouraging to hear that about the crowds, I am pulling the kids out so we can do down the week before, since our schools are going right up to the 23rd this year....

I hope that you can arrange for that tree with Bobbi. We have it from the 4'th to the 8'th. This will be the 4'th time that we have participated in the tree exchange. So nice to have a tree with lights in your room at Christmas time.

Unfortunately someone else beat me to my dates....and I haven't been able to see anything about other tree swaps anywhere?? Looks like we'll be packing one I guess

Enjoying your pre-trip report! We'll be heading down for our first Christmas at Disney on the 20th. (driving down - so we'll be packing a 3ft tree in the car) Can't wait!!!

Picked up some GREAT deals across the border at Walgreens!!!! I may have gotten just a tiny bit carried away but I couldn't resist all the cute things....

Got this to decorate the window, along with some strings of battery operated lights and little wee suction cups:

I had been planning to get a small-med. sized tree to bring down, but when they had these on sale, I couldn't resist! It's a bit smaller than I wanted, but I think that might work out just fine anyway, since there isn't a lot of extra room in the car (or the resort room!) with the 5 of us and all our stuff!! You can't really tell in the photo, but the base has all different pictures of mickey and the gang.

They also had the disney gift cards, which we don't have here, so I picked up one for each of the kids. My mom is already asking me what the kids want, so those will be great.
