411 Meeting for Clubs on first day ???

Could anyone tell me what time is it that the kids go to the meeting in their clubs for the first time to meet everyone? Is it before dinner, after? etc????

I will sign them up right away but was wondering if anyone had first hand info as to when they actually all should go for the first time meeting?

The children's programming generally opens around 7:30 on embarkation evening and the welcome party festivites start around 8:00 or 8:30.

so guess on 1st night we have to make a decision to either have DS attend the kids club (which I feel is important on the 1st day) or
attend the nighttime show

The actual 411 thing is in common grounds for the teens on the first night and I hear it is a must attend event for the teens in order to "hook up" with others for the cruise.

For kids in the lab and club there is no "411" and although I would send my kids the first night, I wouldn't have them skip the show. Send him/her after the show there's still plenty going on and he/she will meet lots of kids and won't miss anything by going to the show.
