I have 400 points for rent (200 SSR and 200 AKV). I have rented many times on here in past and can provide references if requested.

To check availability please provide me with the following:
*Resort
*Dates
*Type of Room (Studio, 1 BDRM, 2 BDRM, Grand Villa)
*# of adults and # of children and ages

Payment through paypal - all fees are your responsibility (I think paypal takes a 2.9% fee for credit cards).

Payment to be made in full upon receipt of reservation confirmation (usually within 2 hours of making reservation). Failure to make full payment via PAYPAL immediately will result in cancellation of reservation. No refunds or cancellations!

Do you happen to have availability for 1 night, october 8th at AKL? I'm sorry, I'm not sure how many points needed for a one night stay, but we are looking for 2 rooms for that night, any room type or a 2 BR (we need to accommodate 7 people with any room combo ) . Thanks!
