40th birthday party

I'm having a party for my 40th and am trying to stick to a pink theme, but I would also like some Minnie Mouse accessories (without being too babyish). Can anyone recommend anything please?

do you mean accessories as in decorations?? for cupcakes you can get the disney edible cutouts to stick on or stand up on the cake from ebay

Decorations if there's any available, I've seen all the lovely cupcake toppers on ebay, so many to choose from
