40th Birthday Evening-Need Help!!`

We are a group of 4 adults, husband and wife will be celebrating 40th birthdays. We are staying on site at Disney and would like to try US/City Walk for a fun, adult evening. We will take a taxi over. What would be a good pre-dinner bar, a nice place for dinner (prefer not chain-type) and a fun place to dance/drink late night?

We are clicking 40 and I think its the new 21!!
Have A great dinner at Latin Quarter and GO to THE GROOVE to dance the night away-on Thursday its 80's night!!!!!!!
