40th Birthday Celebration??

A group of us will be in Disney World between 9/4-10 during which time my girl friiend will be celebrating her 40th birthday (Sept 4). I have a fireworks cruise (a surprise)scheduled to include a birthday cake and decorations but the problem is our group is now over the 10 adult capacity (13 to be exact). I don't want to cancel the cruise or not include everyone so I am looking for other ideas on how to celebrate her birthday...I guess I should mention that we are all adult "children" a mixed group in our 20s, 30s and 40s. We all have our favorite resorts and are spread out all over the Disney property and have taken advantage of the AZZ code (WL 2 rooms, Saratoga Springs 1 room, AK 1 room and Pop Century 1 room). I thought about making a dinner reservation at her favorate restaurant (California Grill), we celebrated her birthday there last year...I saw a post earlier this week that mentioned the same request for someone celebtrating their 40th birthday in Disney but could not find the post, any other suggestions? Thank you.
