Any tips on planning meals/etc?
Our last trip was in 2015 and we usually are all about the rides. This will be my husband and I’d first solo trip for my 40th so like to maybe have a nice meal or two and slow down to see all the stuff you rush by to get to the next line. We are from Louisiana so are used to traveling during Mardi Gras / Spring break

travel dates are 3/11-3/14 staying at Surfside Inn.

Check out the restaurants and menus online to get an idea where you might want sit down meals. A romantic boat ride to dine at one of the nice resorts is an option also. If you want sit down meals for normal dinner times or right around park close, you probably want to make reservations - even if you only make the reservation a few days out. But you probably want to do so very soon for more popular places (Bigfire & Toothsome book up soonest).

I love the atmosphere at PB I think it’s relaxing and romantic So I would choose one of the restaurants there ( if you like Italian). SF is also beautiful and the restaurant (Amatista) and bar (strong water tavern) are very good. If you wanted more of a party atmosphere after, plenty of bars in city walk to choose from

That was my thinking to at least get one reservation down for a nice sit down dinner. We are pretty laid back so I am okay with semi-winging it the rest! LOL

Thanks! I will check those out.
