I know that the reservation line opens at 7:00 AM EST but what time do they close? It's 8:56 PM EST and I am on hold - wait time is apx. 30 min. Will they take my call?

ooooh nooooo! I was just on hold also. Until my dog stepped on my phone (chihuahua) and hung it up. It had been 20 minutes!! Guess I'll be calling tomorrow. Good luck everyone!

We did. There are 11 of us, and half want to do Hollywood and Vine while the other half do SCI-FI. I was able to get reservations within 5 minutes of each other

Now hopefully both groups will get in fairly quickly, so one isn't waiting too long for the other to finish up.
