403 Error on Bob Varley video

So I wonder if anyone can tell me - where was Bob a deli manager. Although I'm currently living in NH, I lived in MA for a while and darn if this guy isn't familiar to me... I was a cashier in the DeMoulas/Market Basket chain of stores for several years when I was in MA.
