My port arrival form was easy to add to my mobile wallet, but when I click either of my two daughters’ links it says Error 401. They are 16 and 18 but I don’t think it has to do with age because my dad was able to add my mom’s PAF to his mobile wallet. Anyone know what may be causing this?

I didn’t try using Mobile Wallet, but I know DCL technology can be frustrating.

If your daughters are in the same stateroom as you, you do not need a separate Port Arrival form for them. For my January cruise, I just showed one form for all 4 people in my stateroom.

If your daughters are in a different stateroom, you can just print out a form from the website or app if you can’t get it to work digitally.

They’re in the same room as me, yes. I have my QR code in my wallet, but it’s not like the Port Arrival Form. It only has the QR code for me, not the kids. I guess I’m stuck using the paper that has all of our scan codes.

Interesting- we used mobile wallet and were told we needed the boarding pass for all in our party and they did scan all. Would definitely take the paper form in case unresolved and you do not get added before.

To be safe you may want to print one out but in the past they have scanned only one QR code for some sailings and all 4 for others. Other times CM say one person being scanned brings them all up for check in. So like many things Disney it depends on who you get.
