40% Off Pin Code?

I received an e-mail just now with a Pin code for 40% off a Disney Stay at Select resorts and the dates also coincide with the the Free Dining Dates. Can I book a resort at 40% off and get the free dining? It was sent I'm assuming because our DD's birthday is August 1st... This is what it says...

40% off a Disney stay* at select Disney Resorts for stays most nights 8/1/09–8/7/09 and 8/9/09–8/31/09.

Free dining is during the dates I underlined above.

It does say..."no group rates or other discounts apply" but it doesn't say anywhere not combinable with any other offer.

Free Dining is considered an "other discount" - the answer is generally No. Of course, it never hurts to call and ask!

Free dining is a discount. If you use the PIN, you can't use the free dining discount.

No-I called yesterday to ask - I am going back in Oct for MNSSHP...cant combine the offers.

Ohhh, my DH's birthday is in August and I registered for the birthday card just in case we decided to go then. Maybe we'll get this offer. I could use some of those earlier August dates.

OP -- BTW, like others have said, it's one promotion or another, you can't have both. You'll have to crunch the numbers and see which one works better for your family.
