40% off confusion. Help!!

I recieved a flyer in the mail for the 40% off however after reading it more closely, I realize it is only for value resorts. My Dh is a total hotel snob and flat out refuses to stay in anythnig but a deluxe. If I call do you think that would let us use the 40% off a deluxe? Also I found that secret code that people were talking about. Is this the same thing as what's on the flyer? We probably will not go unles we have a good discount.

Yes, this the secret code and yes it is open to all categories of resorts (although no guarantee that every resort is available during every date).

I recieved the same thing but I booked the poly 9/07 for 197.40 a night for a GV room only. They also had LV or MKV for the discounted code available. You should try to book ASAP.

She received a pin code offer (which arrive via email and/or snail mail). Pin codes are attached to specific households and are nontransferable.

I just received the same offer in the mail today. I have a trip booked for sep27-Oct 3rd which appies to the dates with this offer. I am booked with my SIL and BIL in the BCV, can I call with the code and get the discount for all of us or will it just be my address? And, can I still apply this code?

Frankly - you should have no problem applying the code... but.. as with everything related to this offer -- call and find out cause everyone seems to be getting slightly different answers.

I haven't actually received this offer so I don't know what it specifically says, but any time I've gotten a pin code, it has only advertised the values even though they were good for all the levels of resorts.

My e-mail says the same thing and I had no problem booking Poly. I actually called had two days added and checked today on changing it to a package and no one said anything to me about it not being a value resort.

There are two codes right now.
the first code is a room only deal for 40% off.
the second code is a package deal, however, it still is 40% off room only and rack rate for everything else.

Yes you can apply it to deluxe resorts (I have a ressie on courtesy hold with AKL with this very deal). And yes, you can take care of all your ressies, including split stays, with the same CM on one phone call.

It seems that some CM's are letting people use it and some aren't. I guess it all depends on the situation.

Some CMs are saying you need to have a pin code attached for you to be able to use the code we're all talking about. Other CMs are saying that it's a general code and anyone can use it. It all depends on which CM you get, I suppose. Some people just ask "are there any discounts I'm eligible for?" And some come right out and say "I have a code that I want to apply" and they give the three letter code. Seems to be very hit and miss, although I'm seeing a lot more success stories now. And members are also following the saying "if at first you don't succeed, try try again."
