40% off confusion. Help!!

Weird. I don't understand that part.

Thanks for all your help!! :flower3:

Oh! Here's another question - can I use the services of a TA to book this code for me so I can stop bugging YOU? :lmao:

You should beable to. The one issue with Disney reservations, is that if you ask 5 CM's the same thing, you will more than likely get 5 different answers.

Some CMs are saying you need to have a pin code attached for you to be able to use the code we're all talking about. Other CMs are saying that it's a general code and anyone can use it. It all depends on which CM you get, I suppose. Some people just ask "are there any discounts I'm eligible for?" And some come right out and say "I have a code that I want to apply" and they give the three letter code. Seems to be very hit and miss, although I'm seeing a lot more success stories now. And members are also following the saying "if at first you don't succeed, try try again."

It seems that those who actually have the 15 digit pin number are able to book while those using the 3 digit codes seem to be having more difficulty booking.

The ones with the pin codes should not be having any problems because they are guaranteed the offer should they decide to book (and provided the rooms are available). The three letter code for those without the pin codes are hit and miss.

It sure seems that way.

You would think so, wouldn't you...but I had the mailout and quoted my PIN number, and 2 or 3 of the 5 CMs I spoke to this week told me it was only good for Jan/Feb. Each time I corrected them, and read out the dates that were printed on the offer. They had to put me on hold, but eventually I got the discount for the dates I wanted.
