40% off code

I have a 40% off code for Oct. 25-31. This is only for 6 nights but I want 10 days. Do I need to make 2 separate bookings or can I just add on the 3 extra days and pay the full price on the same reservation??

If you want to add the nights at the end you should be able to do one res with the last 4 nights being rack rate.

True. If you want to add the days at the beginning though, you'd need to make two reservations. I ran into this with my Dec reservation. The 40% off code I used didn't start until Sunday Dec 13th, but I need to check in Saturday Dec 12th. If I did it as one reservation the CM said I wouldn't be able to use the 40% code. I went ahead and made the reservation for Sunday-Sunday and am hoping for an AP code to use for the Saturday. It will of course be two reservations, but I'm hoping all I'll have to do is just recheck back in and that the resort won't make me change rooms.

Do you have a AAA membership? Perhaps you could get the last 3 nights at that rate. I don't know if that would require a seperate reservation.

CAA has the same codes as AAA and it would have to be two ressies anyway at that point

I am booked that same week in October. I added on the Saturday prior and had to pay rack rate. It is tied to my ressie, but it is a different cinfimation number. My TA said that more than likely they will keep me in the same room since they are tied and it would be more work to move 2 rooms. We shall see...

My 40% code included through the 1st of Nov. so that was 7 nights for us and adding an extra gave us 8. Do you have to leave on the 31st or can you add it through?

Some people got PIN codes for 40% off. They received them late in the fall and they were good for select dates in 2009:

You must book by March 31, 2009 though. I am still debating between using the free dining I got last Sept during the Bounceback promotion for my upcoming Sept 26th-Oct 4th trip or canceling it and using the 40% PIN code instead. My problem is I'm going solo that trip, so am planning on staying in a Value. I think in that instance free dining might still beat the 40% code, even though I'll be solo? I did use the 40% off code to book my Dec trip at CSR though.

If you don't mind paying full price you can just add it to your booking. I'm going the same dates and made a separate reservation for the dates after the 40% is over so that I could use the AAA discount for the other nights. You can only get 1 discount per reservation so I did need 2 reservations.
