40% off code-how long since last visit

With so many posts about the 40% codes, I was wondering For those of you that recveived one, like I did, how long has it been since your last Disney trip? I wonder if a pattern will emerge.

My last trip was July05, stayed at WL, before that CBR in 99.Those were my two most reccent trips. I booked both trips using the AAA discount.(not that great but better then rack tate).

I received a pin code postcard in 2007 but had no plans to visit and could not have gone during the promo time anyway. This year I rec. the 40% code and was going in October but had not made ressie yet. So I just pushed it dates back two weeks and saved 320.00 off at CBR.

I rec'd 40% email in Jan. 08.
Our last vists were in 2007 - December, June and April, all with combination of DVC and AP rate.
There is no pattern

I haven't ever stayed onsite. Went every year , sometimes twice a year as a child but always stayed in a condo.
Got 40 percent off today AKL.

I see what you're looking for...it's interesting for me to note that prior to 2004 we went sporadically and got several postcards that we couldn't use. We stayed at AKL in 2004 on a postcard rate and now go frequently, but haven't received a special rate since that one in 04.

I have gone in June for the last three years and stayed on site every time.I got the 40% off this year, for Aug. for the dates I had planed. I never got a code before, I was told by the CM that it is a random thing and rare.

I got my code in January.

We had already booked our August trip, after ordering the trip planning DVD and pricing a number of options on the reservations website. We also got the Disney Visa card.

My last trip was 1990.

Last on-site visit was 2002. Last visit was 2007. I got a code for my October 2008 trip. When I called to book I asked if there were any discounts available to me for that time and the very nice CM checked and there was. I hadn't received a post card or email (that I recall).

I got a 40% off code in Jan 2008 (which I'm using for Sept 2008 trip)

Our last WDW visit was Sept 2006 but I believe they had us in the WDW system as last visiting in Jan 2001 (because we rented points from a DVC member in Sept 2006)

Got the 40% off code in January, last visit was last Aug, but stayed at the Dolphin with the nurse discount.

I just received my code in the mail a couple of days ago. It was addressed to me in my maiden name (which would have been from my honeymoon in Sept, 2004, CBR). However, since then, we have returned twice, booked under my married name (Oct, 2006, POR and Dec 2007, CSR). Weird. We currently have a trip to Disneyland planned but now that I have received this code ... we might be changing our minds!

I had the code, but never got an email or postcard I actually found out when I called to book bounch back while I was there in Febuary, prior to that our last visit was in August with Free DDP, we normally visit in Febuary and August, I don't know if that helps..
