4 weeks and Counting

Four weeks from today my family will be checking into All-star movie resort for our first ever trip to disney world.
I have been planing this like crazy sine march when we booked and at this point I feel like I am completly prepared. i am sure that i am not especially since i have never been there before.
What are some things that a first timer like myself could easily over look?

Your going to have a great time! How long will you be there? If you only have a limited time at each park I would make a short list of must do's at each park since summer is a busy time you don't want to miss the more popular attractions. If you are morning people than take advantage and get to the parks early before it gets too hot and crowded. If you do the water parks get there before they open also and do as many slides as you can first.
Enjoy every minute but be prepared...you will want to go back!

We will be there 4 nights. We will have 3 full days at the parks and one almost full day. We are planning on going to animal kingdom the last day when we have to leave early.
