4 rooms/ 3 different reservations

There will be 3 adults and 4 kids in connecting rooms, 2 adults in another, and 2 adults the forth room. The first reservation was done with a travel agent. The two other rooms were done by Disney. How can we link everyone together for dinning and excursions?

Each of you needs to get the reservation number from the other rooms (each room has it's own reservation number on DCL). Once everyone has that, they can call DCL to have their reservation linked. The two rooms booked through a TA will need the TA to do this.

So our TA calls for us with the other 2 reservation numbers. Correct? Then the grandparents call DCL with our reservation number, and room number 4 reservation number. Correct? Then room number 4 calls DCL with our reservation number and room number 3 reservation number. Does this make sense to you? Do I have this right?

Yes,
Room(s) 1&2 - need two other numbers (and your TA would call to link them).
Room 3 - needs your 2 reservation numbers and room 4s reservation number.
Room 4 - needs your 2 reservation numbers and room 3s reservation number.

You can easily do this online. Just log into your account and add their ressie numbers. We have several staterooms amongst friends, and we are all linked that way
