I am trying to gather a game plan of wanting to do all 4 parks in one day!! In my mind it all works out but I hit a roadbump... When leaving HS to get to AK will we have to go to a resort and then catch an AK bus from the resort or do they have buses that go park to park....? Then the same thing with AK to EPCOT. I managed to get the times worked out but now trying to figure in transportation.

Don't know your motivation but I'd suggest it's a big waste of time. We did this on the last day of a trip in the early 2000s and spent more time in buses and lines than doing anything. FP+ may help and maybe you've got time to burn but been there, done that, never again.

We have done it three times and have had a blast each time!! There are buses that go park to park. Our plans usually are: AK-HS-EP-MK

You can take a boat between HS and EP, the monorail between EP and MK, 4 parks, one day three modes of transportation/ If you have nay other questions let me know. We even added a water park in one July when the park hours were later and the temp was hot.

Yes, there are "park to park" buses, as "clearly" shown here:

Other than saying that you did it, there is actually very little value to doing this. I did it once, and we used a car to get from place to place, (ending at the MK, since that parking lot is the furthest from the park). I certainly have no desire to do it again.

So far I have come up with a rough draft of HS(EMH)-AK-EP-MK(EMH) obviously we are chasing the EMH that day and figured it would give us a little more time to accomplish the task. I have planned to use the bus HS-AK-EP then monorail to MK.

I'm planning on doing this on my solo trip in September. I agree with previous posters that it's not going to be an efficient strategy for spending your time in the parks, but I don't care! Total Disney Bucket List item for me. My plan is to meet Mickey in all 4 parks, as well as ride my favorite headliner and eat a favorite snack in each park. I'm ending the evening with a solo Be Our Guest reservation... I'm gonna need a glass of wine after a day like that!

And already answered, but YES. Park-to-park buses is a thing.

Have a blast!

Good strategy to use the EMH! We got a picture in front each icon, went on at least one ride, we had a fair amount of time in each park, we ate etc. You will have a blast!

Oh yes picture in front of every icon, I want to shoot for 2 rides(don't have to be headliners) possibly whatever is walk on (or close to anyways!) and maybe try some new rides we haven't done in the past. And eating when we feel like it. I am so glad to hear the park-to-park buses are a thing! Makes this planning a little easier. I still have a few months to work on it!

Sounds like an awesome day! I would love to do this one day!

Seems like a wasted day I could be stalking the scooters riders or hunting hidden Mickeys in the cirque de solei. On a day I have to just pitch I'd probably do some fishing, skiing, or just running over other sea Raycers off the CR. Just saying.

I've done this a ton, but you can walk from HS to Epcot in a flash so you might want to think about that, its only about a 15 minute walk.

I just did this in March. We started off at HS (EMH) then went to AK (fast passes) then went back to the pool and then went to Epcot (no rides just ate/drank) and then went to MK (late hours). We were definitely tired by the end of it but it was fun! There are buses that go from park to park so no worries there. Have fun!

I love hearing others experience and what they did at each park!! Gets the idea train going! Some people say it's a waste but frankly I don't care, I have a day in our trip where this is a possibility, my mom and I have wanted to do this for years now and we finally have an opportunity. It is simply something we wanna tackle. Just like with unfavorable rides that people preach about "at least doing it once". I want to do all 4 in one day at least once in our many travels to the world.

We did it and had a great day!!! We came in a day early to get a discount last October, so we spent our first full day doing this for fun. It was a spur of the moment thing. We actually hit 5 parks- because we did EPCOT twice! If you can arrange it, I would suggest going either from HS to EPCOT, or EPCOT to HS, it is a short walk (or boat ride- if you happen to walk out of one when the boat is getting to the dock and there is no wait)- that can really save you some transportation time.

This is what we did:

DHS-- FP+ Toy Story Mania, Spent a lot of time in One Man's Dream because DD (9) is very interested in the history of Walt right now and she had never been in there, and we knew it would likely close with the DHS expansion; FP+ Star Tours . We had a TOT FP+, but DD didn't want to ride it. Walked to EPCOT.

EPCOT- Duffy's last day (waited 70 minutes in line to see him); F&W for lunch. It was a Saturday, so EPCOT was packed and we were ready to leave after hitting a few of the food booths. Bus to AK.

AK --- Safari, Walk around and see animals because DD would not do EE single rider (she needs her Dad next to her to be brave enough for that ride); See Lion King Show. Bus to EPCOT.

EPCOT- Return for ADR at San Angel. Ride Boat in Mexico. Ride Spaceship Earth on the way out. Monorail to MK.

MK- ELP, fireworks, shop. We may have ridden something, I can't remember. Mostly we were there just for the purpose of 4 parks in a day and our next day was a full MK day, so I can't remember if we even went past the hub that night.

We had a great time- it is so fun to be able to say we did 4 parks in a day! We had no must dos and no real plans other than seeing Duffy was a must. That is actually how the whole idea came up. DD's request for our extra day was to FP+ TSM because we usually only ride it once in a trip as the standby line is always too long. When we found out it was Duffy's last day, we knew we had to go see him because DD loves him. We had a dinner ADR at EPCOT, but it was so crowded that day (a F&W Saturday), that we wanted out of that park. Spending the afternoon there sounded miserable. AK was the recommended low crowd park, and we thought we might see some Florida friends on our later AK day, so we decided to head over there to do some things in case we didn't want to stay there on our actual AK day. The minute we made the decision to go to AK, we knew our new goal was a 4 park day and we had to get to MK before the end of the night!

We did 3 parks in a day a few times while there last trip. Am EMH, FP at second park, then strolling/short wait rides/night time show at third. We loved doing it so much that's going to be our plan for future trips.

I know there are many that say you waste too much time, but we didn't feel that at all. I wouldn't recommend it to try to do everything in one day, but to hit highlights it's surely worth it to us!

We did it as a bucket list! First did it in Sept with just my DD10 and then in March -- with family! After some research, We did AK, bus to HS, boat to EP and monorail to MK. I recommend making a goal to accomplish in each park. We did: two attractions, one character meet, one iconic photo, one pin trade and a food item in each park (added in a few other things each time). Did FP+ at MK. We had four parks, one day shirts made, etc. It was a lot of fun -- until I got s stomach virus at MK and went down fast. I have a lot of photos posted on IG: #harters2wdw.

We did (the ones for record):
AK: safari and Dinosaur; Mickey pretzels and Pocahontas, tree of life photo
HS: Star Tours and Indiana Jones, carrot cake sandwich (RIP) and popcorn and Chewie and Kylo Ren; photo at Chinese theatre
EP: Mission Space and Gran Fiesta Tour, met Daisy, had an American Dream and lunch and photo at spaceship earth.
MK: met Cinderella and Rapunzel, rode Jungle Cruise, Peoplemover (and some other things, can't remember), ate candy apple and photo in front of castle.

My girls, 10 and 6, loved having a mission to accomplish. It took us a solid 13 hours from departing hotel in morning until we returned to resort. Also, we took photos at each park holding up the number of fingers for what park we were at -- cast members thought we were crazy for doing it!

Go for it and have fun!!

I guess after you finish 4 parks in 1 day, you can try for every ride in one day:

Now that's a task!!

Sidetracked but on IG there are a few people who do Disney world and Disneyland all in one....now that's a feat I need to save up for!!
