I have recently purchased the 4 park flex ticket from a company called Maple Leaf ( online) I have received the tickets but they are paper tickets and I want to know if these are my actual tickets or if they are vouchers which I will need to exchange? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have also received Disney tickets which are plastic 'credit card' style and I am confused!( It doesn't takre much!!).
Thanks for any help

My guess is that what you have is vouchers that are to be exchanged for actual tickets when you arrive.

You would go to the "Will Call" window, which is usually off to one side, at the first park you wish to visit. They will then exchange them.

To be sure, you might want to call Guest Services and describe to them what you have. The number at Universal orlando is 407- 224-6350.

What do they look like? My flex tickets from 2002 on it was a paper pass, similiar in size to a credit card. They said something like Orlando Flex Pass on it, and there was a magnetic strip on the back (long black line). Right near the magnetic strip it had numbers, and it said 5 park Flex + CW. (+CW is City Walk)

You could very well have the tickets if they sound like the ones I described. The front of ours had the 20th anniversary of ET on the front with 5 park Flex in small letters on the bottom.

Your picture on the front could be something different, I have seen many different ones. I saw ones that said Universal on it, some with different characters. I saw all types of them.

I personally would go to the turnstiles with them. I would hate to waste park time at Guest Relations if you didn't have to. If they are only vouchers, they will tell you.

Hi CindyB,
Thanks for your reply, after reading it, I think it may actually be the tickets that I have. They are orange in colour, credit card sized with a black strip on the back as you described!
Written on the back is 4 Park Orl Flexticket Adult - 14 days.
There is also an area for Guest signature and a Valid Through space!
I will take your advice however and take them straight to the turnstiles!
Thanks
Christi
