4 Night Dream in October...Pirates, Halloween?

Hello! I know this is way way way far in advance, but I'm organizing a cruise for friends and family for October 2016 on the Disney Dream for our 10th Anniversary! Most of the people joining us have never been on a Disney cruise...and I have never been on the 4 Night one. I'm trying to get a feel of what our guests can expect. I know on a 7 night cruise we had a Pirate Night, a Halloween Day (during October), and a Formal Night. Can I expect all three to be on the Dream for a 4 night cruise? I just want to help people get an idea of what to pack...and to get them excited (actually will be hard to get them all MORE excited than they already are... ) for the trip! Thanks!!

On our 4 night Dream (Halloween on the High Seas) last September, we had Pirate night on night 2, "Halloween" on night 3. There is no true "formal" night on a 4 night cruise, but we had an Optional Dress Up (or Cruise Casual) night on night 4.
