4 days, 1 park and lots of resorts...and of course some ip-dips..A photo tour

I went back to DTD and then walked over.

I got in line here but it was so slow. So no drink for me.

This looks like fun for little kids.

So now I go out front and walk over to Saratoga Springs.

Some time around here I got a text from Buzz saying they were at the pool. I found out which pool and went searching. This place is HUGE.

So I finally found them at the pool. I asked housekeeping while walking and they had clue. :rotf: We chatted for about 15 minutes and they are such great people. The kids were wonderful. I was so happy to finally have met them.

They had to go get ready for dinner and I was heading back to POP to relax.

I took pics of the restaurants and I cannot find them.

So I am now back at

This was outside my building.

I forgot to mention when I left T-Rex I called for my room.

I liked the bedding. very cute.

My room was 0203 in building 10. This is located next to the main building. My room was 3 doors away from the big wheel.

I think it was around 5 or 5:30 and the next thing I know it is 8:30. I fell asleep.

I went to POP Everything and decided I will just have a counter service for dinner.
I got
Cheesesteak Wrap with french fries
frozen coke
tye-dye cheesecake

The cheesesteak was really good, just a little greasy.
I got addicted to the frozen cokes.
The cheesecake I was so excited to have but I was disappointed. the dye got all over my mouth and teeth. It was NASTY.

Then I decided to walk around the resort.

Is the cranes still up by the Tree House's. We got to see a crane, set a tree house on the plat-form. They are refurbishing and making new one's.


Glad you found the Ferry, anytime you can save yourself from walking is worth it.

I am thinking of Raglan Rd for our last night but not sure. We are on deluxe plan so it is all credits. Just cannot decide.
I saw no cranes.

Day 2: Part I

I had Stitch wake me up around 7:30. Got up and shaved and took my shower. I will say now that they put me in a wheelchair accessible room. I did not like the shower.

Anyway, I then was on my way to Kona for breakfast. I have wanted to eat breakfast here for awhile so I said why not. I had a 9:40 reservation so I set off my way. I do not think the wait for the bus was very long.

Soon I arrived at the Magic Kingdom.

I got there just as they were doing the opening ceremony, I stopped off the bus and heard "Zippity Doo Dah". I love that song.

Wish I was going here but I was not.

Off to the monorail.

Here we go.

I make it to the Polynesian.

I arrived around 9:05 so my timing was way off.

9:10 I checked in.

I was going to grab a cup of coffee here but decided to wait.

MMM, I love this place, or do I?

I would say within 5 minutes I was seated. I was seated right when you walk in to the left. If you walked down the main middle aisle you would have passed me.
There 4 people sitting next to me and 2 on the other side. At first I felt weird but that soon left me. By this day I was loving being solo, not so much the first day but now I loved it.

I ordered a cup of coffee, oj and the big kahuna.

I got a carafe of coffee (which I finished) thank you. I meant to ask for the juice you can get at O'Hana but forgot.
The big kahuna I was not impressed by. The pancakes were really good but everything else was just ok.
If I go back for breakfast I will try the tonga toast. I prefer this place for dinner.

I asked Biff to go see this and he said no.

Now I am walking to Grand Floridian.

Not to busy for a Saturday.

We have arrived at the Contemporary. Please watch your step as you exit and take all personal belongings with you.

Tried to eat here but it was booked.

I looked around a bit and then walked out to the dock and waited for a boat. Turned and took this.

So I dock at Fort Wilderness and go explore.

People laughed at me taking a pic of this.

Playground for the little ones to play in.

This is $60 for 4 adults.

This is a nice place to bring kids to. Nice distraction from the parks.

You cannot tell here but most campers had decorations for Halloween up.

Nice relaxing area.

This horse was being a little trouble maker. Would not listen but still is pretty.

Then I went to follow a path. I believe this is where the haunted wagon ride goes.

This got old quick so I left and went back to the dock. I stopped off and grabbed a root beer at the trading post.

Now I am off to the Wilderness Lodge. I saw this place quickly in January with the kids but wanted to walk around.

I turned to look at the pool.

And look at what happened.

first time I got to see it.

Then I walked.

This looks so nice.

Now this is also where I saw a nice older couple who were lost. They were staying in the DVC section and just could not figure out how to get there (I think they were very close) so a CM who was rushing off to somewhere stopped and they asked her and she told them, nope no clue. She then took the time to walk them to the building. I thought it was sweet.

I did not realize that WCC is literally in the lobby.

I walked in here to eat but my goodness they were so slow. I left. Now children skip this next paragraph. I go into the bathroom to do my stuff and there is a urinal so I use it and go wash my hands. I look in the mirror; there is a teenage in there entertaining himself in the stall. If u get what I mean. I guess he had no privacy upstairs but I mean really close the door. I don't think Walt meant this as "feel the magic".
