4 Day/Free Dining PIN Offer

Wow this is a great pin offer. I wonder....do you have to have made a previous DLR ressie in your name to get DLR pins or is this a new thing? All of the pin codes I get are for WDW.

We are going to DLR in March but it's all in my MIL's name. Hmmmmm.....

I'm guessing you may be on to something with the previous reservation. This e-mail came with the info I would have booked my last trip (Labor Day Weekend) with.

I've had many, many ressies in my name and never have I gotten a PIN offer. I've filled out surveys, ordered DVDs...but nada.

well I have received one from WDW a few months ago, but airfare was way outta reach. This one isn't that great either it's for 4th night free, but it works out to 200$ a night at PP not great at all, so it's trash.....
But to get the golden DL pin finally! Woohoo! I am just happy to be on the list
just a note: I have signed up my email addy for every Disney everything that comes my way and have booked with WDT in the past, also an AP holder, and sent off for the planning DVD. I don't know if it has anything to do with any of it but thought I would throw it out there

My PIN offer is Get Two More Nights Free. Stay 5 nights at any Disneyland Resort hotel with a 5 day park hopper for the price of three nights and a three day park hopper. Valid for 1/5/10 thru 3/27/10.

Well, seems I got the same PIN as the OP too. I had one PIN (the buy 3 get 1 free deal) at one email address. And now I got the dining PIN at a different address.

I just checked my email and I got a PIN offer but not the same one. Ours is for stay 3 nights, get a 4th free (with hoppers purchased as well). Must book this month. Valid for most arrival dates between 1/5/10 - 3/28/10. Travel must be completed by 4/1.

Just not enticing enough.

I got this same pin ~ sent to my email but to the ~*~ Family which is my parents last name (my maiden name) I called in to see if I could use it ~ though I won't, got somebody who was unfamiliar with the Free Dining code ~ didn't believe me, I was put on hold while she talked to a manager!
OK ~ wow if I wanted to I could use this pin ~ the CM got the OK from her supervisor!
Get this we had 9 nights @ WDW last month we were a party of 2 As 1 Jr (pretended DS was 10 so he could get adult dining ~ had to pay $30 difference for his adult 9 day pass instead of getting him a child pass) & 1 child ~ Free Dining (1 table service meal, 1 counter service meal & 1 snack per night ~ way too much food) and a 1 day ticket to a park (we upgraded to 9 day passes after we had used our 1 day) for $1800 ~ this pin quotes 2 A 1 J & 1 C at the PP in a standard room 4 nights, 4 day hoppers, vouchers for 4 Character Dining /Table-service meals, 4 dining certificates valid at any Table-service, Quick-service or snack locations, and 4 snack vouchers **Starting at $1821

Yep, last year we did 10 nights free dining in September with 10 day park tickets for 2A 2C for $1800. So, $1800 for 6 less nights does not seem like that great of deal to me.

Mine is buy 3 nights and get the 4th free (4 nights and 4-day hoppers for as low as $1568 for a family of 4 at the PPH).

I doubt we would've even done that in June when we all bought hoppers...but now that I have an AP for admission, 4 nights at Hojo in December with my "free" admission for 5 days are 1/5 that price.

Too bad I can't share, but I'm not sure too many people would want it! Free money is free money, but it sure doesn't sound like a steal to me.

I got the free dining pin and quite honestly it's not a great deal, add it up. For 4 parkhoppers, 4 nights at PPH park view ( 2 adult, 1 child) they wanted ~$2000 and for the standard room at DLH is was ~$1850. I called in an asked about other offers but I ended up booking the buy 3 get 2 free at PPH for ~$1250. Then I added up the $$$ amount of the free dining vouchers which was ~$530. I figured it was a better deal to pay OOP for food this time, although I was very happy to get my first (finally) pin code!!

That's a pretty amazing offer. I wonder if this means they are going to start adding a real dining plan to DLR. This looks to be an experiment to see how free dining entices people to come to DLR.

They actually test trialed a WDW-style Disney Dining Plan last year. It didn't do very well among those who tried it, and has since been abandoned.

Honestly, it's all a bit random. If Disney has your email address in some way, there's a chance.

I receive PIN offers from both DLR and WDW all the time. This is in spite of the fact that I work for Disney and already receive deeply discounted room rates and Complimentary Admission as a benefit of employment .
