You CAN return to the same park at night. What you cannot do is go to MK for two days and skip one of the other parks. You either make a day (including the night for that day) for each park or you forfeit one of your days.

You get one day at each park. You can leave and return to that SAME PARK as many times as you want to in one day.

With the regular tickets, you can purchase 1,3,5,10 day tickets and visit Magic Kingdom every single day, or Epcot 9 days and Animal Kingdom on your last Day. These New tickets are Only valid for a four Day stay, in which you can Only visit one park per Day, one different park each Day.

Yeah it is made so you can only visit each park once. You can leave the park and come back to the same park.

One full day at MK, you can come and go to MK as much as you want within that day.
Same for AK, EPCOT, and DHS.
