4 bedroom Windsor Hills villa with south facing pool??????

Can anyone recommend a quiet WH or EI 4 bedroom villa with a south facing pool? I am trying to book one for March 2008 and am getting very frustrated with the WindsorHills for rent site. There appears to be very few 4 bedroom villas on the site and I have received responses from people advertising their villas in Davenport or Windsor Palms. I am very reluctant to consider Windsor Palms due to the negative reviews about the smell from the sewage treatment plant. I have had some very nice responses from owners on the VRBO site for Emerald Island. Can anyone recommend any other Windsor hills/Emerald Island web sites, besides these two? I really liked Windsor Hills when we drove through it last March, but it seems like March availability prior to Easter is very limited. I thought I was booking far enough in advance

The reason you're probably frustrated is that there are very few 4 bedroom homes in Windsor Hills. I would suggest if you need a 4 bedroom, that you also look at the 5 bedroom homes. The costs are actually similar, and there are tons and tons of 5 bedroom homes.

Would you mind though sharing who is responding to you with homes on other resorts besides Windsor Hills? This is a HUGE violation of the owner rules on the windsorhillsrent.com site...and as an owner that pays to be on this site, this makes me very unhappy! (They will kick you off of the site if you get caught doing this).

You should still be able to find plenty of housing options in WHR for March 2008, you're just running into the issue that there aren't that many 4 bedroom homes there. Likewise, there are very few 2 bedroom condos, tons of 3 bedroom condos and 3 bedroom townhomes.

We just stayed at this villa last month in Oak Island Cove which is even closer than EI. It was literally 6-7 minutes to Disney's main gates and maybe 4 minutes to AK if you used the Sherberth rd shortcut.
It had 4 bedrooms, huge pool, south facing, a whirlpool, free Wi-Fi, free calls, and was completely secluded which was the seller for us.
Rates were very reasonable and we dealt directly with the owner which is also a big plus.
Take a look, I think you'll like it. We stayed in the one on the right which has no neighbors to the right of it.

We will be staying in a 4 BR Windsor Hills home next month. I've heard very good things about the owners/homes from previous renters. I don't know which direction the pool faces but pool heat is included free of charge.

Here's a description of the home we are renting:

(Located) Directly between the clubhouse area & the tennis/basketball courts this is one of the closest pool homes to the amenities that is still far enough away that you don't have the 4-story condos overlooking your private pool area. It has 4 master suites, each with a private bathroom.

For CDN Prince Charming: Could you give us a review of the house you stayed in? In the terms and conditions booking form they said you are required to strip the beds and launder all the bedding and towels? We have rented homes before but have never had to strip all the beds. I have started the dishwasher and a load of towels. Did the hot tub get warm? We have stayed in the Oak Island Cove area and loved it. Thanks.

We found a 4 bedroom home in Windsor Hills on vrbo. It is listing 122340. The owners have just started renting it, so the availability and price are very reasonable. The owners have been very responsive and the management company (Marlyn) has been great so far too. I'll post a review after I get back in June. I can't personally recommend them yet, but so far, so good! If you have younger kids, this house is totally set up for them.

I would also look at the bigger homes. Many of the 5 and 6 bedroom homes were priced within a couple hundred of the few 4 bedrooms we found.

Most of the villas at Windsor Hills are 5 or 6 bedroom. BTW, do you really need a south facing pool - that will also limit your choice.

This is a 5BR in WH, south-facing pool, overlooking the wetland area. It is very reasonably priced compared to 4BR homes in the general formosa gardens area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

I've stayed at the Beach House. It is a 4 bedroom in WH and was very nice.
