4 adults, 1 room at All-Stars, but non-linked MDE?

I’m trying to see if I have this figured out correctly. We would be 4 adults, staying 1 night at All-Star. We already have park passes.
I would prefer not to link our MDE accounts as we are all not going to the same parks on the same days, AND I’d prefer not to have my credit card attached to everyone’s account.

In order for everyone to have EE and access to $ILL at 7am, do I list everyone’s name on the reservation? Do I just give everyone the reservation # and they can add it to their MDE? Do our accounts have to be linked?

We’re looking at heading to the parks for EE, then doing a late check in. The next morning early checkout before heading to the parks for day 2.

I’m not sure on the best strategy but I do know you can go to the front desk and they will make it where everyone’s magic band charges to a different credit card for you.

Everyone has to be listed on the reservation in order to get access.
You don't have to be linked to the others on your reservation in MDE.
You would have to make sure you get all the spelling right for the names and then give them the confirmation #.

Don't do online check in then, if you don't want your credit card linked to the reservation.
