. I'm so excited about that...I haven't been able to do that for a long time.
Today's plan:
-45 minute Hard Core Fusion video (combo of cardio and weights)
-23 points:
Breakfast: oatmeal with banana 3 points
Lunch: taco salad 5 points
Dinner: chicken salad sandwich 5 points
Snacks: cheddar soy chips 4 points, grapes 1 point, yogurt parfait 5 points
