Day Two of our quest has arrived. It looks like it will be a nice spring day here in my corner of New England:).

I stayed to my points yesterday:cool1: :cool1: . I'm so excited about that...I haven't been able to do that for a long time.

Today's plan:

-45 minute Hard Core Fusion video (combo of cardio and weights)
-23 points:
Breakfast: oatmeal with banana 3 points
Lunch: taco salad 5 points
Dinner: chicken salad sandwich 5 points
Snacks: cheddar soy chips 4 points, grapes 1 point, yogurt parfait 5 points

I don't think I'll weigh in every day. That might get depressing to see no change. Like today, it was 123.4 again. Even after all that walking and eating less calories. Surely it should have dropped 0.2 :rotfl2:

Walk 1 mile
Eat 1200 calories or less. Okay that just seems really wrong. That isn't enough food for a cat. :rotfl2: But that is what the calories per day calculator said. At 5'6" 123 lbs and lightly active I need 1682 a day. But to lose weight I need 500 calories less and never go below 1200. So that puts me at 1200 calories. I did yesterday, but it was really hard. And if I make one of my really good salads, I can eat it and only one more meal. :confused3 Maybe I need expert advise here.

Breakfast - Egg, scramble with Silk & cheese 175 calories, 2 slices of three cheese breat 130 calories, coffee 20 calores
no snack-school day
Lunch -Hot Dog on Wheat bun, ketchup, mustard 253 calories, piece of pretzel 75 calories, organic milk 140
snack - water, pieces of popcorn (I don't really know, less then 10) 50
Dinner - 1/4 cup refried beans, cheese & 7 chips 185, 1/2 my bottle of soda 90 calories, Dove chocolate pieces 90
Snack - (because I felt like I was starving) bowl of cereal with Silk 250 calories

total - 1458
 
Morning all,

Goal: Ca't get out today as estate agent coming out so hoping to play a few sets of tennis on the wii and clean the kitchen.

Breakfast: Cereal bar (99) and a glass of Tropicana
Lunch: Cheese sticks (204), glass of Tropicana, v small piece of chocolate egg (still got 2 unopened ones as well!)
Dinner: Cheeseburger (dread to think) & Fries (300), Pepsi Max (0 woohoo), Jaffa Cake bar (129)

Well I did my best but honestly I feel really depressed that Scott's away for 2 night in a row so I think I'm doing very well to not be sitting here constantly shoving chocolate in my mouth!
 
Morning!!!

Plan to excercise a little this afternoon.. I think I'll stick to my DVD every other day... so I can build up to that...don't want to over do it..

So, off to do some crunches and stretches....

I don't feel starved either.

I am resolving to take the stairs whenever I have to enter a building. Todya it will be a 5 story parking garage. Good thing it is at a hospital - they might need to come get me.

How did I get so lazy.

I have a gym membership. I need to fit it into my schedule to get back in the habit.

My __________ gave me a hard time this afternoon and kept offering me everything chocolate he had. Notice the blank.....I can't figure out what to call him. When I have time, I'll spill.
 
I'm so excited! I ordered the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt workout videos last week and they just arrived:). Tomorrow is a running day, but after I weigh in on Thursday, I am going to come home and do the Power Sculpt video. That's mostly Jillian, my favorite of the trainers. I can't wait!
 
I did the first part of the total work out. Yup, that's it. Just the first part. I had no idea I was so out of shape. My hamstrings ache. The muscle on the front of my thighs hurt and my neck hurts from watching her while trying to do the exercises. That part will stop once I learn the routines and don't need to keep looking at her.

It was pretty funny. My little bit wanted to know if that "woman" was trying to kill his Mommy. "Is she just crazy Mommy?":rotfl2:

I did also walk my mile today. I'm going to go do another lap because it supposed to rain tomorrow. Wet, muddy gravel driveway is not a good place to be.

I ended up doing two extra laps along with including the neighbor's circle drive way. So I am giving myself credit for 1.5 miles today

breakfast - tall caramel Macchiato - 4 points
whole grain mixed berry muffin - no idea on points but the cranberry was 10 points!! :scared: I know it had to be less though because the whole grain is better. Skipping that next time!!!!
next time I need to ask for non fat milk too.

no snack - yeah me!

lunch - cranberry turkey medallions WW frozen meal - 7 points
water - 12 oz

snack - 90 calorie Chocolate mint Quaker mini rice cakes - 2 points

dinner - Subway 6 inch turkey sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce and tomato, no cheese or mayo (which just about killed me!) - 5 points (I'm assuming at 280 calories, this includes the bread right?)
water - 12 oz

snack - 90 calorie Chocolate mint Quaker mini rice cakes - 2 points

30 points - 4 over my target so I'm taking 4 from my 36 flex points for the week.
tomorrow I will do better, no that I know how many points and calories the Starbucks muffins are I will be steering clear of those bad boys!!!!

no exercise today, I was running errands. I did ride DS11's bike on and off this afternoon but nothing to really amount to much.
I also bought the Biggest Loser sculpting video at Target. I hope to start that next week.

AWM I watched the video a few times before actually using it, I wanted to make sure I understood it.

Kim, I love Jillian too!! I want to do Biggest Loser couples but I don't think my mom would be able to do it and DH can't take the time off to be with the kids if we both went.
Hey we can go together!! I need Jillian to kick my butt!!!
