Ended up going with the SPH room for the 8/25
Bummer is that I may need to cancel the 7/13, I have a feeling that Sunday may be visiting day at my dd's sleep away camp
In any case, both deposits are put down and all my other holds have been cancelled.
But these were the holds I got last week...I'll have individual prices when I put downpayments down on the 5 and 8 day NYC ones...I'm declining the others..

Yes, you only risk losing early dining because technically it's a new res and has a different conf. #. This happened once to us but we quickly were waitlisted for early dining and got it.

we have 2 cabins, would we get OBC for each cabin, it's a 7 night cruise, so how much is the OBC, we go in JULY on Dream, have to see if it is worth it!
but it would be great!
so l get 10% off my rate of cabin (not taxes) for both as well?
OH and DO I get to keep the CURRENT rate or do I have to BOOK at new rate, cause it has gone up since i booked so it might not be worth it??

Correct. You rebook at 10% off the current pricing. You get $200 OBC from DCL per cabin in addition to what your TA may offer. In March we rebooked our Nov 2012 Fantasy cruised and only saved about $100 because the price had gone up in just a few weeks since booking it but still it's a savings and by then we'll be platinum so the OBC from DCL will be $350. ($275 for gold members)
They'll let you know at the future cruise desk if you'll save anything or not. You can always decline.
