4/3 deal ?

I thought I read that with the 4/3 deal tickets expire 14 days after check in. Can someone confirm this. We are planning to stay another week after our 7 day 4/3 deal stay however, off site. So, if these tickets are good for 14 days can we still use our 7day MYW tickets and spread out our days more? I know we would have to pay for parking once we have checked out of our disney hotel. thx

My understanding is that park tickets with this package expire 14 days after their first use unless you have the no expiration option.
