Good morning!
BCLB and OHso - you will also need to pay for a luggage vehicle to follow your limo - that will be extra. We would love to join - but we will be at the airport Marriott.
OHJulie :wave2:[/QUOTE

Wow, It sounds like it may be super high! If we have to pay for another car for just our luggage , it better be riding in a stretch limo too :).

That's only if your luggage doesn't fit. It's only $25 for the additional vehicle but that's in town.

PJ - as far as the grocery stop, there is a section on the ressie form for that. So, I guess that means yes. I would call and confirm it with them. We've not used that service before, so I can't really answer it for you 100% correctly. Sorry!!

Hmmm....forgot the kids clubs weren't open.....darn, another thing I don't know the answer to! SUE - HELP!!!

We'll be there at the Roses with bells on - you will get to meet the whole troop this way.

Hey, Sue, it's funny, I have been reading some posts from people who stay in that cabin and they say they have to keep the curtains closed in the morning and night because the minute the doors unlock for the Deck 7 public space peope like to look around the corner right into that verandah.

Your concierge staff will set you up with some food too. Just ask them when you have your initial meet. I doubt any of us will need very much food at that time anyways.

I think I can bring the vodka, but I can't commit to it. Put me down as the person who will be bringing the vodka and I will see if I can make it happen.

ABC liquors is going to be my home while I am in Cocoa Beach. :cool1:

DVCDebb - Thanks for your post about V&A's. I've always wondered, but I still want to book the Chef's table when the kids get older.

Are you on our cruise? Please come back and join in our fun!!!!!

Hi gang~ Me again. I was just reminded by a little birdie that we all purchased liquer in St. Thomas and St. Maartin that was then consumed in our rooms. That is where we bought the $5.99 bottles of Stoli, and some rum in St. Maartin. There are TONS of liquer stores on the islands right near the pier. So whatever you bring really only needs to last a few days!

Thanks for the Happy Limo advice. I will call Patty and ask her if she asked for a grocery stop.

Chat later.
PJ

ah, very good point.

OK - guys, here it is from mousesavers:

Special itineraries have been announced for the Disney Magic between 5/12/07 and 9/1/07!

As I have been predicting, the President of Disney Cruise Line, Tom McAlpin, announced that they will be sailing to the Mediterranean for the first time in Summer 2007:

  • 5/12/07-5/26/07- Repositioning cruise from Port Canaveral to Europe
  • 5/26/07-8/18/07 - Alternating 10-night and 11-night cruises to Rome, Naples, Florence, French Riviera
  • 8/18/07-9/1/07 - Repositioning cruise from Europe to Port Canaveral
A very special "Thank You" to Sue Pisaturo of Small World Vacations, who attended Disney Cruise Line's press event on March 21 and reported on it LIVE to bring us the information as early as possible!

CG , I knew it only because most of the other cruise lines sail the Med. Thats so exciting , maybe someday we can afford to go :).

We are heading off to meet my friend and her daughter at an indoor playland. I jumped in the shower and when I got out the girls had a BIG suprise for me , the playroom was finally cleaned , they are so proud . My good little girls.

Hi gang...Sorry I haven't been around much.I have lots of OT at work and we have to have some play money for the cruise(and wife) :teeth:

Tom ...Good to see you are keeping the fan club in order.

When ever everyone wants to meet is good with me.

Talk to you soon.  pirate: :firefight

OK guys, ready for this - I did my 1st weigh-in at lunch.

I am down 3.5 pounds (it was 4 this morning on my scale at home without my pants on). :cool1:

Now I am set for disapointment next week when I eat for the full 7 days. :guilty:

But the good news is that I wasn't really doing everything correctly. You are right OHJulie, I picked up the books and a lot of what I was writing down as 2 points was a little bit more in reality - especially my oatmeal in the morning which I had neglected to note contained sugar. So, this week I will be hitting it true and hard in the hopes of moving the scale again even by a little bit.

I've just been lurking and reading the last 20 or 30 pages or so - but we would love to attend the Roses party - and we will definately have vodka onboard with us! Absolut or Finlandia whichever looks good. I will try to go on the Yahoo site tomorrow to get the address to send the money for the wristbands. Hubby works from home alot (he's in sales) and uses the computer with the good Internet connection, but I managed to get on using the kids' computer today. He's out of town tomorrow so I'll have some "good" computer time.

Thanks so much!

Lisa

CG - Excellent news! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: I was thinking about you today and was hoping you'd let us know how you did. You will probably be pleasantly surprised next week - stick with it and you will continue to lose.

I have been tracking my points since February 1st. I have not gone to any meetings - just really trying to do it on my own. SLOOOOW going, but I am losing a little. I should go to a meeting - knowing you will be getting on that scale is such a great motivation to stay on track every day.

OHJulie :wave2:

Thank you thank you thank you. Well, they did the spiel of "people are 3 times more successful when attending meetings than not", today. I believe it, I starved myself waiting to get on that scale. They also post some kickin recipes at the meeting site I go to and I did the one last week and it was awesome!!! I loved it and everyone in my family loved it. Quinn actually said it was super good. I will try and remember and get it to you guys. It was a Chicken Picata. This week's is Szechuan Chicken with Peanuts and it's waaay too long for me to post. I am liking this a lot, so thanks to everyone for just posting that you were on WW because I did need to stop the mantra of "just work out, Shy, and it will all be taken care of". Our meetings aren't too touchy feely as there are about 50 people in them the last two weeks. I like them and the instructor. But it's easy for me as it's right down the road here at work - happens to be right at a Bertucci's too which is awfully hard to smell as you get out of your car. I also like seeing the people who have lost a TON of weight.

CONGRATULATIONS, CG!

Even if the porcelain gods helped out a bit, you still worked hard on the rest! I hate that when the scale is different. I've been trying to figure out just what I can be wearing when I weight in at home to synch with the scale at WW--my one at home is digital and I don't know if it can be adjusted.

I haven't been doing points for several weeks, just exercising and trying to tone my food intake down, but I REALLY should get back to that. I'm sure I'd lose weight faster if I did. Well, you've inspired me, CG, so I'm recommitting to points right here and now!

 :cool1: :Pinkbounc :cheer2: :cheer2: :woohoo: :yay: :yay: :bounce:

That's my little cheer going out to all the BL cruisers today. Whether you're just getting started, well on your way, or so close to your goal that you're plateauing (is that a word?), I'm sending ENCOURAGEMENT your way!

...and WELCOME BACK LisaD! I hope you're able to get on the 'puter more often in the coming days...with the cruising looming so close it's going to get crazier around here! :woohoo:

I need a mental siesta today as it appears we are never going to see spring in the northeast or elsewhere in the country for that matter.

This one is for me personally, sorry - it's an aerial of Cocoa Beach:

See the pool, just south of the pier, that will be where you can find us.

Suzie, why check my PM? I can't find anything on either the DIS or my home address.

yeah, I got interrupted and didn't click on send! Sorry! Let me send it now!! DUH!

CG , thats wonderful , keep up the great weight loss. I hit my plateau and have not lost even 1 pound in over 5 days. I even did 60 minutes on the elliptical the past 2 nights. I ate at McDonald's today with my friend and her daughter..I had a salad and a milkshake and I have felt full ever since , thats all I had today, that and alot of water.

The girls had such a good time at the Playland and they were so happy to see their friend. My friend Bea decided to to also take the summer off so we are planning to do alot with the girls. It will be cheap things since neither of us are working.

We made plans on going to Busch Gardens on Wednesday May 10th since that is the day we are now flying home. Our plane leaves at 5:00 so I am hoping to tire out the girls before we fly. Since we are not taking Jetblue there will not be TVs on the flight for them.
I can't believe all the people that are going . I think some were on the boards before me so I'm not sure I have met everyone yet.

Well I think it is going to be a cuddle night with Holly & Kenna , they are so tired from today that I think they may be sleeping by 8:00.
Good night everyone!

Oh BLBCB , I sent you a PM

HeadGear, when you roll on that suitcase are you going to be able to make us any of these type of drinks?

Steve, welcome back, good thing you are working extra now, because after this cruise you will be a puddle. I took almost 3 weeks for me to get back into work after the last one, coming down off this will be the worst hangover that you ever had. The only remedy is to book another one on board, Disney has us all by the wallets.

Suzie, the day we board will probably not work for us to do a cabin meet, but don't let that hold everyone else up from going ahead with it. We will definately catch everyone at the sail away celebration.

Have to go and get ready for a soccer meeting, so I am checking out right now and hoping to check out the Queen later, wish me luck.
