HGP - I'm with you man! I am so ready for a glass of wine! Work has been crazy this week, I have checked out! I work at home, so I can do that and no one knows!
I have attempted to catch up on the last few pages of posts, lets see:
I think that the wine tasting party is a great idea! I was planning to bring a few bottles anyway. also planning to bring some margarita mix. Anyone else looking forward to the martini, wine and beer tastings on board? I already have them marked on my schedule so I make sure to plan around them!
blbcb - great job with the weight loss. I have not been able to get the scale to move any more, so I am still sitting at 5 pounds down.
Of course, all of the alcohol I have been drinking is not helping! Last night I went to a bar/restaurant where my sister is working. She makes a great Cosmo! Last weekend we went to a black tie event. It began with a wine tasting, then open bar during an auction, dinner and then gambling. We had a wonderful time. I wore a dress that I was hoping to wear on the cruise, but I think not. It was a long black dress with a sparkly teal jacket. Every where I went I left sparkles! At the dining table, the blackjack table, - when I went to the restroom it looked like tinkerbell had been flushed down the toilet and all that was left was pixiedust!
(sorry - I was interrupted by a work call - how rude!)
michelle - going back to school, how exciting. I'm proud of you for jumping in - you will never regret it!
On the subject of tanning - I have not gone to tanning beds for years, but I probably will go a little in April to try to reduce the burning since we will be snorkeling at both St. Martin and St. Thomas.
