Anyone else having a hard time focusing on work??? I am ready to just leave now and hang out at the Ron Jon for 25 days!!

what do you think????? :lmao: I have my monthly huge meeting Friday with the brass and I am sooo not prepared, but alas, I need to post pics and search for new pics, and think about new pics, and read about new experiences...............

President Tom, I want to know what your stance is on utilizing the revered banana hammock for garnering lounge chairs for the 4/29'ers every day? Your response time will be limited to 20 words or less. VP Pango, you will be allowed a rebuttal of 10 words or less and it must include a time honored quote from STEVEMED.

CG - Great news about the navigators! Can't wait to see them.

Has anyone seen any information about a Daddy/Daughter dance on the cruise. I know that I saw it on one of the old navigators on Formal night, but I don't believe it was listed on the latest copies. I made the mistake of mentioning this to my DD and she is really excited to dance with Daddy in her long dress.

I have about 12 projects sitting on my desk waiting, but for some reason I have not been able to complete them. Must get MOTIVATED!!!!!!

So is every one booking their Med. cruise today?? :rotfl2: We are going for a suite - won't be able to eat next year, but think how skinny I will be!! :rotfl2: Just kidding - way out of our price range - maybe when we retire(and win the lottery)

OhJulie- We saw the same thing and it was on our navigator from our first Disney cruise. Hannah and Katie were so excited, but we weren't able to find it on any newer navigators. Thankfully, Hannah's brownie troop has a Father/Daughter dance the weekend before we leave to replace it.

:woohoo: :smooth: Lost a pound without breaking a sweat - I need to work harder at this, but for not trying at all, that was pretty darn good. Then came back to getting my bonus which was not as paltry as we once feared it would be, except for the fact that I was tagged for maternity leave which brought my total award down a lot - but all in all a pretty darn good day!

And, no Barry, I still don't have enough moola to buy you drinks all week! :p Although the savings account is starting to show signs of life once again. Man, I gotta get these kids outta day care :guilty:

PJ - have to tell you that you confused me a bit with your post ...HP GOF, thought that was something that Headgear Pat was doing that you were afraid to type out because you might get bleeped on it!! Then I read a bit more and realized that you meant Harry Potter!!!! Had me going there for a bit! :lmao:

So, we have a mutiny in progress! How cool is this?! CG - just :stir: the pot, eh?! (ooh, that was from my trip to Canada yesterday!!)

Florida weather...they have a saying, "don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes!" So true!!!

Tom, did you buy the Speedo?:scared1: Don't know that I would buy the group ones only because the mental image even makes me....well, it's not good! :eek:I think I would have to have a drink after seeing that!! I remember seeing a group of guys at CC on our last cruise that were obviously European wearing the "new Speedo" - kinda like bike shorts but REALLY tight....I think I lost my appetite after that view.....

Spoke with Sue Rose yesterday, poor baby is really ! 103 temp and not doing good! Good health vibes to you, honey!

25 days til we :sail: away! Can you believe it?! Soon enough, we'll be in the teens and then single digits!! :Pinkbounc

Off to bake! BCNU!

Suziemva,

If you want to see Canada, come to Manitoba. I'll show you around the best province!! We are also the geographical centre of North America and the "Gateway to the West". :thumbsup2 And don't be thinking that the overpopulated southern BC is what Canada is all about, although it is beautiful. You could still take Tori sledding here so no worries about rain! ;) Next time you need a place for a vacation, come check us out!

Hi just wanted to drop a quick post for Ulittletink , I hope you feel better real soon , we had it last week and it is such a nasty little bugga. Thanks too for your smoking support , I really appreicate it when I get home I'll have to dig up a file somewhere on that particular episode so I can bawl again.

PJ , have fun , I wish you great weather , I didn't realize you were heading down there .

CG , we can't wait to see the Navigator . We have Palos formal night , and I'm so excited that my shorter coctail dress becuase I really didn't want to wear a gown . I'm not so sure what the girls are wearing since they will be at the Club. O wow , that little ones bathroom is soooooo darn adorable.

OMG I can't get that mental image of Speedos on you guys out of my mind !!!!:scared1:

I know someone mentoned a possibale weigh in for everyone , would be great to see if together we lost a whole person .

I am offically down 16 pounds , I'm in the 120's now , YIPPY , upper 120's but I'm so darn happy and proud. I'm now scared to eat at Disney for the fear the dress may not fit by formal night.

Ojulie , no focus here . In fact I'm really slacking at work knowing that next Friday is my last day. I do nothing at home either LOL :rotfl2:. I am going to have to do a full house clean up before our friend Brians arrives that Monday for the trip.

Suzie , as for your poll , I'd like to say #6 :rotfl: but it spun off a Beatles song so noway! Sooooooo, Im offically saying #1

Sue Rose , I'm sorry this was for you!

Your pirate name is: pirate: pirate:
Captain Ethel Rackham
Even though there's no legal rank on a pirate ship, everyone recognizes you're the one in charge. You have the good fortune of having a good name, since Rackham (pronounced RACKem, not rack-ham) is one of the coolest sounding surnames for a pirate. Arr!

Cruise Packing- Bought Suntan lotion, tide stick and new "delicates" for Meghan. A 9 pack was just $7 and makes it easy and compact to just throw the whole pack in the suitcase.

Cruise Goody bags- I am going home to PA for Easter and so decided to make all of my family each a bag of items for the cruise. So far for each families bag I has: the green bracelets, suction cup hooks for the shower, 2 highlighters, a travel toothpaste and a waterproof lanyard case (those ones from ebay) . I don't want to spend much more but does anyone have any ideas for anything else I should add to the bags.

Birthday Ideas-
My cousins' husband called me to ask about Birthday ideas for the cruise, his wife and daughter are having birthdays on the trip along with Meghan. Does anyone have ideas for making each of their days special? I am making a special Tshirt for Meghan and making door signs for each of them. I also know that we should tell our servers and head servers about the birthdays. Should we order special cakes? Any ideas would be helpful.

Good news for Summer- I have the entire Summer off, which is wonderful in every way except financially. Well, my church has asked me to direct their Summer camps for 4 weeks this Summer . I will be paid and be able to have my kids with me and they can go to all the camps for free!!! The camps are all in the morning 9-12 plus one afternoon filedtrip each week.

"lanyard case (those ones from ebay)"

Did you get yours in already?
If so how are they? I won/ buynow ... but haven't received a confirmation from them yet!

Also, how old is your Jared? My son is the only boy in our group, he is 7... He is concerned that there won't be any boys his age.
It was funny when I read your sons name, because my sons 2 closest friends are named Jared, he has a hard time keeping their names straight, and now there will be a third!!

Just wanted to say hi to everyone, Len welcome aboard, and Shann, boy do we have to talk, I am not sure who is luckier, you or the Queen. Just had 5 days of laying in the sun sipping drinks, have 4 days left of this, tough gig but we are up for it.

I will try to post later, Pango keep up the good work, and LLL how is D boy?

Tom pirate:

Tom....I think when you and I get together they will both know how lucky they are. :woohoo:

 You go Suzie

CG...How did you get the picture of the little boys room....and tell the truth.

It is SNOWING HERE!!!!!

ITM- I have not recieved my cases yet either. Jared will be 7. My cousins son Luke will be in the 5-7 group. Maybe you can help me with the dilema I am facing. I have been going back and forth with the possibilty of moving Jared up to the next group so he can be with Meghan but my cousin's son will be only 6 and so there is no way he could move up. The thing is I know Meghan and Jared will always be at the clubs at the same time, but Luke and Jared won't necessarily. I like the idea of my kids experiencing the special things they do in the clubs together but then I feel guilty about leaving Luke behind. This is all of course assuming they would let Jared move up, they may not and my decision is made for me.

Hey guys , o.k I'm a bit freaked out now and considering canceling our snorkeling trip in St Maarten . I read that there is dive tours about 10 minutes of shore from where we but be snorkeling , these dive tours are operated by independent tours and mainly serve the cruise ships . Now here is the kicker , it is a shark feeding tour!! I was a bit crazed by the String Ray tour in Grand Cayman , i was actually on DH back for the most part. I really don't think I want to be anywhere near where they feed sharks. Do you think I am a little to worried , is anyone else snorkeling there is St Maarten?

Pango where is the countdown????

I can't go to my massage today without the count. C'mon big boy and do it for us, so that we all may see.

Trisha, nice talking to you yesterday, but gotta tell you, you and the shy one Suzie are going to be trouble/

::yes::

Dude, you tryin to make us all jealous?????? Massage. Hummmpppphhhh! I was just thinking in the car ride that, man, I am sooo not young anymore. I am sooo sore from raking this weekend. I actually have been waking up at night from the pain in one of my shoulders. That is just sad. :guilty:

It's totally snowing here too. In fact we have a good half inch on the ground and my car looks like I just drove through the tundra - it's all frozen over on the front end. Now, that must make YOU jealous, Tom, hunh???!!!!! :teeth:

Snoopy - you mentioned a ways back a time change hangover - soooo true, sooo true. Good one. I plan on stealing it and using it ALOT today at work. Everyone will love it because it's how we are all feeling. I am sitting here with a big ole coffee and I normally don't drink the stuff.
4.gif
I am draggin' big time. It's the darkness, not made any better by the miserable snow we are getting this morning and the pouring rain yesterday morning. :guilty:

What you west coast girls up to today?????

OK - back to the grind.

Oh wait, Ohso, what you talking bout, girl??? Go back and read your post - I is confusad. I have no idea what tour you're talking about. We snorkeled St. Maarten and it was by no means a Shark feeding tour.

By the way, what made you, Mketting, cancel the Golden Eagle?

mketting, by the way, your time off this summer doesn't have to do with your feelings about the job, does it? I am assuming it's just the school schedule, right?

Now really, back to the grind. I got most done yesterday for Friday, but that means all the normal stuff piled up.
