Sorry I took so long to finish my report.

Day 6- Day at sea. Again I really like the days at sea. We woke up early, before the kids (they slept in every morning). DH and I went to Lumiere's for breakfast. Lumiere's is a great palce for breakfast and lunch. The menu is different from Topsiders and you are seated so you don't have to look for a place to sit while carrying a tray. We did go to Topsiders to bring the kids some breakfast. The kids went off on their own and we decided to go to the last Art of Entertaining. This was alot of fun. Next time we will go to all of them. I have already been impressing people with the Tuxedo napkin (I am such a dork). We also took the galley tour wich was very interesting to see how our food makes it ot our tables. Tonight was Captain's Gala Reception and Formal night. I just prayed that my dress would still fit( it did). Tonight was also Disney Dreams. I just love this show it is just so disney! After the show we went to the main Atrium for the Captain's Gala reception and were given cocktails, we had cosmopolitans and the kids had shirley temples. We then went to dinner at Parrot Cay in our formal clothes. I thought that was going to be weird, but it wasn't. We had a nice time. Most nights after dinner the kids would see a movie and we would go to an adult show.

Day 7- Castaway Cay- Just one word - PARADISE.

We kind of slept in this morning. I can't remember what time we docked. The kids were sleeping. DH and I got dressed and went to breakfast at Lumiere's. Outside it looked really bad. The skies were really dark and it looked like it was going to pour, it also looked like it wasn't very warm out. We got the kids breakfast by the time they were almost done they anounced that passengers could start going ashore. We didn't care if it rained cats and dogs on us we were going to the beach! Well you know all about that Disney magic right? Tinkerbell must have been on our ship because as we stepped foot off the ship the clouds broke and the sun came out for a glorious day. We walked to the family beach. It wasn't a bad walk and we got to enjoy the scenery and take pictures. We found a good spot towards the end of the family beach which was great because it wasn't too crowded. My so and I are the adveturous ones so we rented snorkle equipment to go in the lagoon. Their snorkle equipment was really terrible both our masks were really leaky. I think it pays to buy your own equipment at Sam's Club. We got on our way to search for Mickey. We took our time and the further out we got we saw more fish. We were almost at the end and still no Mickey. We asked one of the life guards "where's Mickey?" he directed us and we found Mickey! Mission Accomplished. Now we realized how far we have to swim back to the beach. And we are both tired. Thank God for the vest they give you. Half way back now I am tired, feeling a little dizzy (I think it was from breathing through the tube) and I am now pulling my 13 year old to shore LOL. We made it back to the beach were my DH and DD are lazyly lounging in the sun ( they are the smart ones in the family). after all that adventure we were ready for lunch at cookies. The food was delicious especially the burgers. We topped off lunch with cookies and cream ice cream which was excellent. After lunch we wnet back to the beach. Relaxed in the sun and swam in the beautiful water. People around us were starting to leave so that left the hammock next to us free. I guess around 3 we got ready to leave. We walked back and we mailed ourselves a post card from Castaway Cay (you need to bring change with you to buy the stamps). We haven't gotten it yet but I hear it takes a long time. Cruise director Rick had announced that the Lizzie McGuire movie was on board and they were going to premiere it that night at the Walt Disney theatre. We saw the farewell variety show. To me this show is sad because it is the last one I will see. Dinner again was excellent. At 10:15 we went to see "til we meet again" this was so sweet. We came down to our rooms picking pixie dust out fo our hair. WE went to the movie premiere and the theatre was packed. Ok it was really a long Lizzie McGuire episode but it was fun to do on our last night. We reluctantly went to bed.

Day 8- back at Port Canaveral. I woke up really early Like 5:30 AM there was laot of noise going on outside I guess with the docking of the boat. I am the only one in my family that is not a US Citizen. I got to immigration at 6 am in the Movie Theatre and there were alot of people there. It went pretty quick, just remember to have a customs form filled out. Breakfast was at 8 am and that is the saddest meal on the trip cause you know you are about to leave. We said our goodbyes to everyone and left. Our luggage was easy to find. We called a cab to take us to National and that took forever, we were waiting like an hour. Next time we will look into a rental Co. with a shuttle. We got to national picked up our car and proceeded to the last part of our trip. We stayed one night at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. What a beautiful place, we got a room with bunk beds. We saw lots of animals on the savannah. The place is really beautifully themed. Our kids were bummed out because we were not going to any of the parks.

In all we had a fabulous time. We really enjoyed the comedy of Dan Riley and Gary Delena they were both really funny.

We love the shows and even though we have already seen them before they do vary. The Actors are different and sometimes they add lib. So I don't think you are really seeing the same show.

We saw lots of movies Holes, Shanghai Knights, The recruit etc. we try not to see too many movies before we cruise so we can see new ones on the ship.

The food was excellent. You will not go hungry. Brunch at Palo is a must do. The restaurants for breakfast and lunch are really wonderful.

Thanks for reading my report, I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Excellent trip report, thank you. Of course, I wouldn't expect any less from a Long Islander! You really got me in the mood for our 7 night on June 7th!
