Sorry I haven't checked in lately.
My new laptop broke on like day two here, and haven't gotten it fixed.
So we're borrowing various people's, and once we leave here to travel some more tomorrow, we'll be dependent on internet cafes, so no more photos on the blog
We haven't taken many, due to weather and working, etc.
But it's been a great time. Fes was amazing even though the medina flooded and people were evacuated. My teacher's family is wonderful, and it was just like we belonged. We're coming back next summer for a month.
Now, after a week of volunteering in Rabat, we'll be on the road to a little town in the middle of nowhere called Rich to see my teacher's youngest brother, and he hopes to take us down to the edge of the Sahara.
From there, back to Fes and hopefully to see some sites we couldn't due to the flooding, then shop (yay!) and onto Meknes for a day though it's hard to escape the family.
Next Friday we overnight in Casablanca, and Saturday we come home.
To show you how much the kids like it- especially Sadie who didn't want to come, she's now calling Fes her second home, above DVC!
So I'll try to catch up with the thread, but if someone would like to give me a quick synopsis, please do. I'll have no regular internet access until we're home Sunday 28th and at that point, I'llnever catch up.
