  Day Five has arrived! I did well staying on plan yesterday and look forward to another successful day today. While I had planned a no exercise day yesterday, it was finally a nice spring day, so BFF and I went on a 55 minute walk. We kept a pretty good pace. Today I am going to do my first Power Sculpt with Jillian, Kim, and Bob. I watched it yesterday so I'd have some idea of what was coming at me today:).

My food plan yesterday was not what I ended up eating, but I still stayed within my 23 points. I haven't scoped out today's plan yet, but I'll post it later when I am more awake:).

Have a healthy day, everyone!

I'm here and still keeping within my calorie range. I'm doing much better with my walking than I thought. I'm sure I could do more, but I don't want to risk the shin splints acting up. So I'm keeping it slow & steady. I finished with more than 2 miles yesterday. I finished the first mile walking the eldest off the bus and then they both wanted to walk with after dinner. We did the driveway twice and they were getting board, so we walked the property. It was dry enough in most areas to keep a steady pace. Not fast, we are walking amoungst the left overs of corn stalks & soybean stems. 1700 feet on the sides and 800 feet front & back of the property 5000 feet total. Plus the driveway walking - over a mile. And they had fun and were nice to each other which made it very pleasant.

Kim let me know how you like the video, I bought it but haven't had time to open it.
It is raining here right now so no walking, but the sun it trying to peek through so I might leave early to get the kids and try to at least log 1 mile.

breakfast - 2 mini bagels with cream cheese and a banana
I'll have to go look at points later.

lunch - no clue

dinner - trying to con DH into Sushi

The video was good. I had no problem getting through Levels 1 and 2. Level 3 was more challenging for me because there's a lot of push up stuff, and I am weak there, but I'll get stronger:). I watched the Cardio Max DVD while I cleaned the living room. THAT looks like a great workout, which I will probably do on Monday.

Today's food plan (23 points):

Breakfast: banana, hard boiled egg (3)
Lunch: 2 gardenburger portobello burgers with one laughing cow cheese wedge on lite wheat with lettuce (5)
Dinner: Turkey, mixed veggies (5)
Snacks: WW 1 point bars (2), fat free yogurt with fresh strawberries (4), cheddar soy chips (4)
