I was wondering if we could get a roll call of those who are traveling solo, single, or without family members (i.e. husbands and kids). Just curious.
Kristi - traveling solo (yeah, stateroom ALL to myself)
---This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Nobody should have to worry, or be nervous about sailing solo! With that in mind, after extensive soul searching (within the past few minutes), I have made an executive decision to accompany you on the MED. Accordingly, you will have no qualms about traveling solo!

Yeah I finally found my aunt's flight information on the DCL website last night. For my flight they've called me twice and sent e-mails for hers we get nothing but all of a sudden the informations on the website. Who knows how long it was there before I noticed it.![]()
I think there was another neighbor somewhere these last pages???![]()
As Jackie mentioned - no luck w/ us calling DCL - I asked if it would help if my dr sent in the medical form.....they said "maybe but no guarantees".
I would love the sideways 11 - and if this was a "normal" caribbean cruise I wouldn't worry about it....however, having seen pics from the LAST EBTA I am a little nervous....I can get motion sickness watching TV (haven't been able to watch even the bobsled runs for the Olympics).
I do wear the patch & take along Bonine & Dramamine (<-- makes me drousy so that helps me go to sleep if I need to). Have thought about Ginger chews.
Linda - you said you took meds....may I ask what? (pm me if you prefer).
Puuurrrr as in calming![]()
Well, with all this upgrade talk, can we expect to see "Mutiny on the Bound for Barcelona"?
Did you decide to book the Med too?
I think it will be hard for me watching DH and DS go and leave me. I will need lots of cheering up and distractions that day---hint: Brooklyn, grlzmom. Thank goodness it will be a super port intensive cruise, so I will be doing it for he port experiences rather than the cruise itself.
I use an insulin pen. Is there a drop off point/container on the ship for used needles?
thanks T

Ohhh, no ... I just meant I will accompany YOU during the cruise. No need for me to disembark on 4/24, as I will move my luggage into YOUR stateroom. My wife WILL have to fly home, as she has to get back to work. BTW - do you snore?

I have looked all over the website and can't find it. Could you find it again and post exactly where it is? I have looked for something like "more info" on all the my ressie pages and can't see it. Thanks!
Also, does anyone know if that info is updated? As in, if your flight times change or whatever, is it there for you to see? I have received several emails from DU with flight info but those emails never change. So, where can I look for up to date information? I tried going to Delta's page but I need some kind of booking number which I don't think I have. Dee, can you help me? Or anyone else?

And about this forum: we rejoice with those who rejoice; are sad with those who are sad. But most importantly, this is the place we get to talk on, ad nauseum about all things Disney - when those around us at home and work are brought nearly to the brink of exhaustion or boredom.

Def of a forum: A medium for open discussion or voicing of ideas, such as a newspaper, a radio or television program, or a website.
Last time I checked this was a forum. I think that everyone should be able to express how they feel.
If I want to be mad, I can be mad. If I want to be disappointed, I can be disappointed. I am not talking about just the room assignments.
Please, please, please don't tell me how I should be feeling. Give me your opinion but PLEASE do not tell me how I should feel or what I should be grateful for!
So if you are happy with your upgrades....REJOICE. If you are disappointed, SAY SO, that's what this forum is here for. If you don't care, then don't care. I just don't think that anyone's feelings should ever be shut down or told that they are wrong or that they should not have these feelings.
I am SO GLAD that we have this. I have caught DCL in several LIES that I have been able to call them on because of knowing about things on boards. Like flight times through DCL, etc. I like it because it holds them ACCOUNTABLE and I can tell them BULL, I know!

Yes, you have caught them in lies, but have you ever had a DCL supervisor call you "stupid", I get the prize for that one![]()
I was planning on just letting you take care of my 6 kiddos while I enjoy the MED, I have no qualms about being alone or lonely. Let me relieve you from that worry, be happy to help!
I didn't really want to quote this but just wanted to tell you that your countdown is off by one day. We have 44 days today. At least that is what DCL says...
According to AuntLynne the keeper of all knowledge(May she live forever)
( we sail is 45 days! If you are flying in on Friday it is 44

Click on the "View Details" under the 44 days until your cruise sets sail which should put you to your "Reservation Confirmation" and then when you scroll down your flight information should be there. Mine is there now before it was just my aunts. Hope this helps.![]()
