Does anyone know if they make Toddler Slim fit Jeans for Girls? Everything I am coming up with is for boys. DD is very thin in the waist, but definitely needs the length.

Thanks! :)

You might try JCPenney. They used to have them when my 12yo was little.

Gap has an adjustable waist that is very helpful too.

I get slims for girls from Land's End for DD for a number of years now. You should try their website.

Thank you so much! I did not know this about their jeans. :) I just looked at them online and will have to give them a try. :)

I have a tall/slim daughter and the stuff we bought at Gymboree fit her better than most brands, although we've had luck at the same places others have mentioned too.

I guess at size 3 she's not quite into limited too sizes - but when she's a little older that's a great place to go - they always have slim cut shorts/pants.

I have found 4 slim jeans at Penneys formy 4 1/2 year old daughter but when she was a 3 I would put 3T jeans on her and a belt to hold them up! I am sure we are not the only 2 people in the world who had kids that 3T pants were to big for, you think they would have more 3 slim pants! Now i have the trouble that my daughter doesn't like jeans so I need to buy her other type pants and can't find many in 4 slim. Only good thing is that the summer is here so she can wear 2T and 3T shorts which fit in the waist and I don't have to worry about the length!

Uuuggghhhh....It is tough having a *slim* girl. My DD is 12 and we've been going through this ever since she started wearing pants. It's really bad in the toddler years. I used to buy her jeans in the boys department. Or I would go to every store in the world to find out who made slimmer cut, regular sizes. Can't really give you any help except that it is usually a lifelong problem (a good problem!!!). I agree with the other poster about The Limited Too. Thank Goodness for them!!!! They make slims in just about everything. Unfortunately, you can't go there until she is about a size 6.

Right now we use a belt, but I am a little concerned about it for preschool. She can't do the belt herself.

We did go to GAP last night and they had a pair of jeans with the adjustable waist. Well, I had to get her size 4 years (4T)! And they are JUST long enough. I had to cinch the waist a lot! At least she is not wearing high waters now! :p :D

Aprilgail-I am very glad for summer right now so she can wear shorts. Can't wait for school shopping! ;) :D

ouch.. i hope she grows out of it! i'm reeaaally long legged and i thin.. i have to buy my jeans at Pards (a western store) to get them to fit in the waist! they are expensive too.. like $40-$60 a pair...:earseek:

I have a skinny minnie too (waist size 3 or 4, length needed 5) and I gave up on jeans for now. Childrens Place and Osh Kosh make nice leggings with elastic waists and I just stick to these. I love this time of year because she can wear capris and shorts and I don't have to worry about the darn length!

Try Old Navy. I have not seen slim but they fit my slimm daughter and son very well!! Or try a Old Navy outlet store. Do you live near any? I always see slims for dirt cheap. However they slim is too slim for my kids there.

I bought my DD some capris and shorts from Old Navy. The waist size she needs from them is 18-24 months!

My daughters pants are so short on her since she has normal size legs but a skinny waist that her "normal" pants are "capris" LOL...you can't tell the difference between some of her short pants and some of her capris! I just went out and bought her a pair of 4T drawstring pants today, now her length is good but she looks like a sack tied in the middle!!
