Congrats on finishing up school for a few months! That's got to be nice, not having to deal with class and homework while taking care of a newborn.
I'm kind of fortunate in the fact that I get to stay home with Landon, but it does make me have to be very creative with a monthly budgets. (Plus, Landon's like little E and wouldn't take a bottle.) So, I completely get why you are having a hard time deciding what to do.
I will say, around when Landon turned 11 months, I was ready to leave him with my mother and get back out in the work force. A year is kind of the perfect length of time. You get to see them grow up, but by that year mark they are much more independent than you'd imagine.
That being said, you gotta be able to clothe and feed them, so I get why going back to work might be necessity.I would just look at what your finances would be if you didn't return and see if there's anything misc. you could give up and still maintain the life you like. If not, and if you don't think you'd be happy not working, then I'd return to work.
It's really your call in the end, though.
Thanks for your input! I'm sure that we will figure something out that will make us all happy lol I think that in the next few weeks once we hear about DHs pay after he is fully licensed, we will be able to make a decision more easily.
