Another 4lb loss for me, Ive not been too well the last couple of weeks and I think this may be down to that, however I am pleased to have lost it.

My scales are not working (dh says they could not take the strain any more!!!) so I havent been able to weigh myself for the last couple of weeks. Im getting some new ones at the weekend tho.

Lost 2lb this week though so I'm quite pleased.
