We are going the week before Halloween and our two full family MK days are on party days, planning to RD and then leave around 3ish. Wednesday that week is EMH until midnight I believe and me, DH, and our 6 year old are planning to leave the younger ones with Grandma and enjoy the njighttime stuff as well as redo some favorites.
We have FP on the full family days for pretty much all the headliners, some like SDMT twice. With rider swap, we feel like we have all the "must dos" at least covered once. Our oldest has only been once for 1 day, but he loved and remembers Pirates, Buzz, Jungle Cruise, and Tomorrowland Speedway. He really has never been on a big coaster at all, or anything considered a thrill ride.
Anyway, right now I have FP for Buzz, Pirates, and Tomorrowland Speedway as we really want to do those at some point that night. We are getting in the park around 4ish, doing our FP, eating, and then just planning to hit whatever we can while also seeing the night shows. He can make it until midnight.
I think now that our FP, while "must dos" may not be the best choices as it seems all 3 are fairly easy to get as 4th fp, even on a day as busy as those will be. I don't know yet obviously if he will have new favorites.
I was thinking about doing Splash mountain (we have it FP once), Enchanted Tales with Belle (maybe? We don't have it another day and he's a boy, so not sure, I just know it is hard to get laterr), and maybe Haunted Mansion as we don't have that another day either. I am worried though he isn't going to want to do HM and it will be a wasted FP.
Any help here? Not really interested in FPing SDMT or PP since we have 2 of each of those already, if we absolutely love them we will hit them up at the end of the night.
