CURIOUS...ACCORDING TO DL WEBSITE, YOU CAN BUY A 3 DAY PARK HOPPER IN ADVANCE ($159 PER ADULT) AND INCLUDED IS EXTRA ENTRY HOURS. HERE IS INFO FROM WEBSITE:

Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Bonus Tickets entitle Guests to admittance to both Disneyland® Resort theme parks over 3 days, including visits to both theme parks on the same day.

• Receive a special savings coupon for select Disneyland® Resort merchandise when you purchase this ticket online and have it mailed to you. Not available with Will Call pickup.

• The first visit must occur on or before January 2, 2008. All Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Bonus Tickets expire 13 days after first use or on January 15, 2008, whichever occurs first.

• Each day of use of a Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Bonus Ticket constitutes one full day of use.

• Park Hopper® Bonus tickets include one admission for early entry into a designated theme park. An early entry admission allows access to a designated Disneyland® Resort theme park before the park opens to the general public. While not available daily, the feature will be available multiple times per week.

Does anyone know which days have early entry and for which park this applies? We are visiting CA 6/20 - 6/26, but can only go to parks on 6/21, 6/25 and maybe one other day. I hate to buy the pass and not even be able to use the early entry feature. I am assuming this feature is similar to WDW extra magic morning hours?

I wonder...can you get a fastpass to rides with entry times beginning after park opens to everyone else? For instance a fastpass to splash mountain?

The list of eligable guests cracks me up!! It seems like that list covers quit a few people. Is it really worth it. Or would showing up at regular park opening be just as well?

From what I remember, you can get FP's for Buzz and Space Mountain. As for Splash Mountain, No. They wont let you cross into adventure land frontier land until the park actually opens...
YES it is worth it to go in early! You can get a lot of rides in and not have to fight the regular entry crowds..

Thanks for your help! We have been to WDW two times and DL once, but it was when my now 9yo was 3, so... Anyways, we are visiting family. Since we can only go to parks on Friday and Monday (For the whole day), I guess we will go to DL on Monday with extra entry hours and the other park on Friday since it does not appear to have extra entry hours. At least according to the earlier post all the rides are DL rides. I would like to do a tour, along with a couple of hours of rides for the 3rd day. Anyone tried the Discover the magic tour:

Additional Information

Valid Disneyland® Park admission is required.

We did the discover the magic tour back in 2005 when my boys were 7 and 5 and had a great time... They didn't get to meet any princess since Snow White didn't come out when we were "waiting" for her... But, we did get to ride the carousel with Mary Poppins, the penguin and oh, i forgot the chimney sweeps name... We met Woody and Jane too. The tour was long, but lunch was included and our CM's were great as they got the adults involved in the action. We got a few goodies from the adventure and lots of great memories... I am glad that we did it.

Maybe I'm over thinking this, :headache: but I was going to purchase a 1 or 2 day park hopper ticket.

We will be there from 4pm (ish) on Monday (3/12) till noon (ish) on Wed. (3/14). Staying at the Fairfield Inn for 2 nights.

I was bummed because i didn't think it made sense to get a 3 day hopper ($$ wise), thus i was missing out on the EE.

But......if a 3 day park hopper is $159, maybe i'm wrong.

How much would a 1 day (or 2 day) park hopper cost?

3 day would give me loads of flexibility :dance3: AND Disneyland EE on Tuesday. Am I thinking right?

Thanks,

Hound

Bumping....3 day park hopper.

Does it make sense (economically) for my family's Mon. 4pm - Wed. 1pm visit?? (see above post)

Thanks!

According to Disney.com, a 2-day hopper costs $122/adult (10+) and $102/child (3-9). Up to you if that extra half day and and EE is worth the extra $37/adult? You could always just make one of those half days a full day and then your answer would most definitely be "yes"! hehe ;)

Well, the high point of EE is that you can probably ride every Fantasyland ride in about 1 hour. get it all over with or done. Usually, the Fantasyland rides run up to 1 hour lines. a 1 day parkhopper cost $83 and a one day one park cost $63.

hope that helps.

Thanks for your responses Albort & Tumblwd 501. Update on the 3 Day Park Hopper:

For the day(s) we are going it appears they've lowered the price to $129  (from the $159 special or $179 regular price). This is for before 4/26/07 - which works for us cause we're going to be there in March.

So (for me) the answer is YES. The 3 day hopper is worth spending the extra $7 (or $27) to get in early on a Tuesday & then go to the park on Wed. morning from 9-11:30.

Thanks guys.
