3br in the summer at 7 months?

Hi,

Unfortunately I do not own at any location with a 3br / Grand Villa so needing to book at the 7 month window. Never needed a 3br and really don't mind any of them (really OKW and SS are our last options).

For those with more experience what is the normal availability for July at 7 months out? Curious if we are out of luck or potentially could make this happen.

You could book a GV at SSR today for a July 2017 stay (entire month is open).

So, I'd think you would have no problem getting one somewhere next year at 7 months.

Yeah like I noted last choice is SS and OKW. Hoping ONE somewhere else would be available

The SSR availability pretty much answers your question of if something will be available as we're only a 2 months away from July and it's still there. At 7 months it's likely there will be other options. The more expensive will be next most likely IMO - VGF and CCV. Kidani has quite a few GVs and will have a high probability too. After that it'll just depend.

Good chance at AKV-Kidani, mixed chance at BLT. OKW Near HH is actually hard to get at 7 months most of the year. BWV is unlikely. If you have the points, VGF may be possible.

That's a great update in that link. I could do VGF but 'hoping' for either AKV Kidani,. BLT or BWV understanding the potential for them not being there. Don't really have another option as renting or trading since that's a great deal of points to deal with.

Where do you get the info that VGF GV's go quickly? Not that I've seen.

We nearly had to waitlist for an 11 month out reservation at BWV for late August last year - I had locked the last one up on my browser. BW is really unlikely.

As one could still book 8 nights in a VGF Grand Villa for July of this year, I'd think that booking a GV right at the 7-month window might have a good chance. If not, the WL should close the loop.

We needed a GV for a split stay during July 4th week, and at the 7 month window we had our pick of pretty much any property. Even a couple of weeks past our 7 month window, there was still quite a bit of availability. We wound up choosing BLT for this trip.
