JENNY105, I HATE BRODEUR MORE THAN ANY PLAYER IN THE NHL AFTER TODD BERTUZZI! Hate the guy so much. Ugh.

I'm with you on Bertuzzi too. I hate that he was allowed to play again. He only should've been allowed back if Steve Moore was cleared to play and obviously, that did not happen. It wasn't like that was an accident! Ugh. He disgusts me.

Poor steve has a Harvard degree and his concussion symptoms are still so bad that he can't even get a job because of it. And Bertuzzi tried to settle at $250,000...Given Moore's talent level he should have had a ~10 year career at about a million ish a year. And Bertuzzi wants to settle at $250,000? Moore STILL has yet to get a penny from Bertuzzi and Bertuzzi is still playing and has yet another shot at a cup this year.

Glad he's on the Redwings, though. If there is a hockey God, no team with Todd Bertuzzi on will get a cup. And I hate the Redwings so two birds with one stone!


Anyways, I'm stoked for tonight! But bummed because I really want to see the Rangers game tomorrow and it's supposed to be on NHLN which I don't have Pay out the butt for Center Ice but can't get NHLN without getting 20 other non-sports related channels

OK so it's not the best Disney post today...



I was excited because I THOUGHT something un Disney related had come in. Since it was UPS and I had to go to the local supermarket to pick it up. There was a brokerage fee. Argh.

Anyways, I get there and I get a DISNEY box. Now I'm thinking ***? I've ordered over 5 times since August 2011 and not one time did I have a brokerage fee....and my orders are always over $100.

This is the shirt I bought with the CREDIT Disney gave me because of the black bow shirt getting ruined. I paid the difference (about $14 since this shirt was $34.95 and my credit was $20!) and they sent it to me free shipping. SO THIS WAS basically a customer service issue.

Well now it's ANOTHER customer service issue because I am super over paying this $15. There pretty much goes the credit I used to buy the damn thing. I am not a happy camper.

I messaged Disney Store on their fb page. They are very fast at responding. Asked me to e-mail them so now I am waiting for a reply.

Seriously that's 3 problems with my last 3 transactions with the Disney Store. I may be ready to give up ordering. I will take a weekend this summer to drive down to Minneapolis and go to Mall of Americas Disney Store.

Grr.

Well they are crediting my credit card with $14.67!

But what I have replied to them other than thank you (cause that's awesome) is a question...WHY did this order have a brokerage fee. When all my other orders were almost $100 and this one was only 1 shirt valued at $35....the brokerage fee was half the value. No reply yet. So I hope to get one soon.

If this is going to be what happens I will be done ordering from DisneyStore. Because $39.50 shipping fee is too much already (no such thing as free shipping to Canada except so far the one time) that I can't afford to add on another fee just to get it.

I mean and you know I'm not joking about this because I've talked about coming home to find the Disney Store boxes just sitting my door step. And I sent the 2nd last one to my moms so that wouldn't happen.

I'll share my reply from Disney when I get it.



ALSO, the October TA calender has changed. Apparently someone said it's a change to the EMH's. So I'm off to check that out and see if I've been screwed over with my plans. lol

I'm thinking we will probably go with the flight that lands at 430 pm... so you'll be leaving as we are coming in. i skimmed the first page, but have yet to catch up on the other 55 LOL. at any rate, your kids are beautiful!

I'm still waiting for a reply back from Disney. All I can see is that this came from Memphis "distribution center" and none of my previous orders have come from there. RIGHT from the distribution center it was labelled as having a $14.67 brokerage fee. How crazy since that's almost half the value of the shirt eh?

I'm planning a wknd trip in July (since I'll have no kids in July!) to go shopping. SO I can always just hit up a Disney Store then. I might be going to VEGAS! Otherwise I'll just take a trip to Minneapolis again!

Hey! lol Yeah it's ok my PTR is getting pretty huge so it will take you a bit. I'm sure we'll be leaving around 2pm. I'll just wave from the plane! lol You wave at any planes you see in the sky.

Nope it is only available on the website. But they just e-mailed me back and apologized again. They are going to cancel the gift card and do the refund on my credit card as they told me they would. It's annoying and frustrating because now I'm thinking I just can't afford to order from them anymore. With international shipping fee being over $30 (lame! no matter how much I buy i can't get free!) and then possibly a high brokerage fee due at delivery. Sucks!

How far are you from the border? i'm active on a children's clothing board, and there are a few canadian ladies there who LOVE to shop. Some of them have friends just over the border who they ship their packages to. Others have a post office box i think. Then they go over once a month or so and get all the goodies at once.

I'm a couple hours from the North Dakota border. I'm just West of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Not sure Disney Store ships to post office boxes though. I know some companies won't.
