I'm sorry that your team lost! But that's the great thing about professional sports; There's always next season!! So, your hockey season just ended, and my baseball season just started on Friday! haha So, I'll be crazed until October---then when baseball is over, it will be Disney time! haha

Thanks. Yeah the only sport I like is hockey so it's gonna be a long summer but at least I have my Disney trip to look forward too!!!

I re-arranged my entire living room this weekend! So I could see how it will look when I get my sectional couch in there! It's gonna look awesome! And then we all had Easter supper at my moms. Hope you had a good one too!

And I know what you mean Heather. I don't follow any other sports either. (none of them really match the speed AND physicality and are just meh). I watch other sports but don't "follow" them.
I'm trying baseball this year though. Off-season is just too dang long

Yay! It's hard not to like Callahan. He's a great player. I'm a little nervous because the Rangers are a favorite. They always sneak into the playoffs last minute and are considered the underdog. Yay! It's hard not to like Callahan. He's a great player. I'm a little nervous because the Rangers are a favorite. They always sneak into the playoffs last minute and are considered the underdog. I HATE Ottawa only because of Craig Anderson. After his great year here, he was AWFUL but expected some crazy big paycheck from us. And we were like "yeah, you've been awful ever since..." and he threw a fit. So I hope you light him up!
I also love Torts. He's my second favorite coach after Bylsma. I don't mind the Penguins but I love Torts' comments about them.

The only team out of the west that I'll root for in the finals over the Rangers will be Nashville or the Blues. And in the east MAYBE the Panthers just because I like that they haven't been there in forever

lol Did you SEE the game last week between the FLyers and the Penguins? OMG the last 3 minutes were hysterical. They were definitely trying! LMAO!

Penguins only because of Arron Asham. He is from my little city...I went to elementary school with him! His foundation "Chance to Play" here in town paid for my son Braden to start hockey this year, Arron himself handed Braden his hockey equipment and they paid for him to take CanSkate before hockey to get his skating skills up! Braden had a blast. So we owe Arron Asham to cheer for him.

I HATE Crosby though! I was buying bread and it said it came with a Crosby card and I said out loud "I dont want a stupid Crosby card!" and this guy walks buy and starts laughing.

Hmmmmm! I keep telling people that I am sure New Fantasyland (minus the mine train) will be open by September "LATE 2012" but no one wants to believe me!

THIS sure makes it look like I am correct!

I love how the Sept 29th day at New Fantasyland says "TBA" when I am positive they will eat at the Be Our Guest restaurant!

No this isn't 100% confirmation BUT it's definitely some glimmer of hope for those of us that will be there at the end of September!

In my hockey pool I have mostly Canucks and Rangers. So I'll be cheering for the Rangers for the first time in my my life. Don't think I could ever cheer for the Yankees though.

lol I did too! I laughed so hard and then saw all the backlash he was taking for it. Don Cherry loves Arron Asham. So he talked about the incident but then showed the clip of him apologizing and was like "That guy is a class act! I love that guy!" lol

I'd love Arron to come up and play for the Jets! His family sure would love it too! I have his mom on facebook.

Funny story about Asham. I went to an Islander/Tampa Bay playoff game back in 2004. He used to play for the Islanders and it was the year Tampa Bay won the cup. I want to say it was Game 4 and the Islanders hadn't scored at all in Game 3 in front of their home crowd. Well guess what, they didn't score this game either. Being a Rangers fan, I hate the Islanders. I hate great seats right behind the goaltender, next to the locker room entrance for the Islanders. As I sat there pointing and laughing at the team, Asham gave me the dirtiest look. Classic.

Ugh. I would've said the same thing. I hate Crosby. Although I don't hate anyone more than Brodeur.
