I have 37pts for rent (no transfers) that must be used for travel between March 2012 and March 2013. I am asking $10 per point. My home resort is SSR but these can be used at any resort within the 7 month window.. 
If you are prepared for me to reserve immediately if there is availability, please complete the following form. If yor request is available, a reservation WILL BE MADE. If you are ONLY REQUESTING A QUOTE, please just give me the resort (s), total people, dates and room preferences and I will respond accordingly. Please be advised that all reservations are final and can not be cancelled and there are NO REFUNDS.
1. Travel Dates
2. First, Second and Third Preferred Resort
3. Type of room (Studio, 1 BR, 2Br)
4. Number of Guests
5. Names of all guests (at least one adult per unit) and ages of children
6. Address
7. Phone number
8. If you want Dining Plan (I must reserve this and prepay for you), and if so, which one.
9. If you want Magical Express (flight info can come later) one or both ways
10. If you want a specific location in the resort (near pool, high floor, near elevator, etc.). These are not guaranteed, and the earlier in the day you check-in, the more likely you'll get what you want.
11. If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, family reunion, etc.
I will send you an email with the details and total points/total price once the reservations are made.
Payment terms
100% payment if within 60 days of arrival date:
Cashiers Check or Money Order or Paypal (bank transfer) (2.9% added fee for Credit card payment)
Otherwise, for reservations that fall outside of 60 days of arrival date:
50% Deposit payment to make reservation
and 50% final payment 60 days before check-in
I will email all confirmations I receive from Disney to you as soon as they arrive.
