It took 37 minutes to book our Grand Gathering Magic Kindgom Firework Experience this morning.....
When you first call to set up your GG info, it take forever... you have to give everyones name, ages etc.... They give you a wonderful GG number. Your key to the GG experiences!!!!
Now you would think that would be the end of the information giving, YET with each GG experience we book, we once again have to give everyones name, ages, etc over and over....
Not so bad for us... party of 12.... but if your a party of 20.... 30..... UGH
I called at exactly 700 am.... and it wasnt until 725 that she asked what date (I had said in the begining I wanted Oct 18th cruise (DUH what other day would I be calling at 700 AM for?) Most places snag the ressie (CRT as an example) then take you info.... Not with GG....
Good idea, this GG thing, but the realitiy is, plan to spend more time planning and lots and lots of time on the phone (NOT a Toll free call either)
